The space
Lively during the day - quiet at night......Gersau with its Mediterranean climate, at the foot of the Rigi, invites you to explore all of Central Switzerland! Right outside the door you can take the bus, the Riviera line, to start your journey......about 600 m further the steamer on the lake is waiting for you! 200 m from me you can swim in a small lido, stand-up paddle and enjoy the lake. Canoe tours and paragliding over the lake are also possible!
Zurich Airport is approx. 50 minutes away - Lucerne about 45 minutes.
Centrally located - the small village on Lake Lucerne - pure relaxation! On vacation at home!

Your apartment has its own access with its own free parking. You have to walk seven stairs to get to the apartment. For bikers, a secure parking option is available. The bathroom has a washing machine/dryer. For children from 1 to about 5 years old, I have 1 crib and a highchair - so also for families to feel comfortable! A large double bed in the bedroom with wonderful lake views and blackout curtain. For older children and adults, a super comfortable sofa bed for two in the living room. The toilet is separate! Cooking is fun in the fully equipped kitchen. Or you can let me cook for you! A beautiful, separate seating area and garden are at your disposal!
A small pond makes the idyll perfect.

We are a lively place during the day and the evenings we let it end quietly and cozily. My house is opposite a private marina and so the holiday mood starts at the sight!
