OFFER complete apartment 2 rooms + kitchen & wc/shower
In the Center of Amsterdam's Canal area the 9 Streets Apartment.

This studio apartment is housed in an 18th century building with true Amsterdam character. The street is one of the “Negen Straatjes” (Nine Little Streets), famous for its little shops, cafés and bistros. It couldn’t be more convenient and charming: right in the heart of the old city!
This apartment is walking distance to all the highlights our city can offer & is 3min. walk to any tram halt.
The 9 Streets Studio accommodates 2 persons comfortably ( sharing same bed) & a 3rd person is possible in front room on sofa bed.

The Studio offers a light and airy main room, accommodating the bedroom with a big double bed (1.60 x 2.00m) on one side, and the dinning room and a large built in closet on the other extreme. Kitchen is equipped with microwave and stove top etc etc.
The front room is the perfect place to use as a living, an office - in case you have to work on your laptop - or as a bedroom for a third guest, as it offers a big sofa bed.
Shower and bathroom facilities are simple but very adequate!

TV/CD/DVD/VHS/ADSL & fresh sheets and towels each week.

Laundry service available at nominal cost on premises.

9 Streets apt is unique in that although located on a busy street in the heart of Amsterdam the quiet of the back room/bedroom and its view of one of Amsterdam's most noble Red Beech Trees is a joy to behold at any given time of the year..
Winter view in photo section.

Hi Taneika, Yes a toaster just may make the guests feel comfortable but the crumbs it makes would bring out the mice and there friends... so I choose for no toaster and No mice visits...they love toasters by the way.. so you see it is out of making my guests feel more comfortable that there is no toaster...the building is wood & bricks and 130 years old....and those pesky little buggers live in the walls...and unless tempted don't make any personal appearance! and am so glad the cosiness and comfort of the apt took care of your needs.... take care and keep well ... • Steve was a great host! Great little convenient apartment that was perfect for our short stay in Amsterdam. The apt. is above a clothing store. The host lives one floor up so he is easily reachable in case of disaster. The bedroom side is fairly quiet and we didn't have any trouble with noise. The apt is up a pretty steep narrow set of stairs so it's a little bit cumbersome to lug a giant suitcase upstairs.

It's pretty easy to get to from the train station and if you are leaving for the airport, Steve can arrange for a taxi for about 40 euros.

Overall, great place for someone who plans on spending most of their time out and about in Amsterdam!

It is perfectly located at the “9 streets”, fully equipped, very clean and has a quiet bedroom. Steve is such a nice and helpful person and a great communicator (he answered to my request so quick even though he was on vacation himself ;o) ).
I can HIGHLY RECOMMEND steves apt!! Hopefully I can go back SOON! ;o)

  • Booking with airnb was very easy. Steve emailed the confirmation right away. His response was so quick and very helpful. He was at the apartment when we arrived. The apartment is very clean and looks exactly like the pictures from the website. Steve gave us a lot of tips about sightseeing in Amsterdam, good restaurants to try and even where to get the best stroopwafels!. I would recommend his apartment to anyone who wants to be in the middle of Amsterdam, close to everything that you want. The area is also super cute!

  • We had a great time at Steve's apartment. It was right in the heart of the canal area, filled with restaurants and shops. We were in walking distance to many of the things we wanted to see. Steve was ready to make suggestions and answer any questions we had. We were only there for 3 nights, but would go back in a minute. He's a great host and the apartment is even nicer than the pictures. It is spotless and attractive and he has thought of everything for his guests' comfort.

  • Yet again another great stay in Steve's apt. The fact we have returned says it all. Awesome apt made even better by Steve's wonderfully accommodating nature and great communication. This time we arrived late and he had food and drink waiting for us to make sure we were nourished. What more can you expect. Can't wait to (website hidden) not to mention the great location in centre of AMS

  • Steve was the ultimate host. He was so welcoming and loaded us up with all the info we needed, including helpful tips about Amsterdam. The apartment was spacious and clean and loaded with cool books. The kitchen had everything we needed. Our only regret is not getting to spend more time in the apartment; the charms of the city kept yanking us away. Steve's place is close to all the action, in the heart of "9 streets". A five second walk from the apartment lands you at cool clothing stores, cozy cafes and great restaurants. Such a magical location. Would love to stay here again!

  • We stayed at the 9 streets apartment for a week. It is an incredible location. Almost can't imagine a better launching place to efficiently see all that Amsterdam has to offer. We were in Amsterdam to celebrate an anniversary and Steve left us a bottle of wine and some lovely chocolates along with a beautiful bouquet of tulips. The apartment was clean, comfortable (no frills), with a nice flat screen TV, big windows looking on to the street, a quiet bedroom in the back of the apartment and all of the necessary equipment to put together meals. There were plenty of guidebooks (we especially liked the Rough Guide) and even some classic DVDs for the down times. We had a wonderful experience and would certainly stay there again.
