Beautiful sun filled room. Relaxing swing for reading and lounging. Beautiful new bathroom.
Killer location! Walker's Paradise score of 97, EASY walking distance to great shopping, restaurants and cafes, organic grocery store, parks, movie theaters, the Presidio, Golden Gate Bridge, Fisherman's Wharf, Ghiridelli Square, Lombard street and public transportation. Fully furnished bedroom, private bath, full private closet, desk, wireless internet, washer/dryer in unit, high ceilings, working fireplace, lots of light, one car garage parking and 20 yards from Zip Car pick up and drop off.
The neighborhood is vibrant and alive. Unbelievably delicious places to eat one block from the apartment but far enough away from the 'scene' that it is quiet and relaxing. MUNI buses are one block from your room to anywhere in the city. There are fun places near by and practical ones too - you can get a quick blow dry, buy wine, get a facial, inexpensive jewelry (expensive too if you want!) or just sit in a beautiful cafe bar and eat $1 fresh oysters at happy hour while planning your evening.
The reviews say it all really. Read them and feel free to email me any questions or special requests. Most of all, enjoy this beautiful city by the bay.
Please note that this room is available only for stays over 30 days.
Interaction with Guests
It depends on what they like. I enjoy interacting and and just as happy not to. I don't have a rule for it. I am sometimes there and often not. I usually discuss this with the prospect guest during the booking process.
The best thing about this neighborhood is - everything. You could have a fantastic three days and never get in a car. Of course you wouldn't do that because the rest of the city is so special....but if you just wanted a place to stay for awhile where literally everything you could want you could walk to, this is the place. Golden Gate Bridge, Crissy field, Fisherman's wharf, Palace of Fine Arts, Fort Mason, shopping, eating, drinking.
There are zipcars a half a block away. Public transport one block away. To get from the airport, if you have light or few bags take BART to Powell Street or Embarcadero and take a $10 cab. Easily found.
The main house rule is wearing shoes inside as little as possible. Bring socks to walk around in and my downstairs neighbor will be so much happier!
I would definitely recommend Regina's flat. The flat is in a very good location just around the corner from the Union Street shops and it is decorated and furnished throughout to a very high standard. Regina is a great host with suggestions of what to do nearby, made sure I was comfortable and really friendly.
The listing was exactly as was advertised, and what wasn't mentioned was that Reggie has a really beautiful place, recently renovated, impeccably fitted and decorated with a high degree of style. The location is as advertised- perfect, and the other small things such as the SF lonely planet and some local magazines makes me think that Reggie takes this AirBnB hosting thing quite seriously and this translated into a an excellent few days for us in San Fransisco.
The reservation was canceled 40 days before arrival. This is an automated posting.
This is the loveliest AirBnB host & room I've stayed at. First, Regina is more than accommodating & generous. She is sweet, outgoing & friendly, but also makes you welcome to do your own thing around the house. The room is SO cozy. The swing will make you never want to leave the bedroom overlooking one of the best neighborhoods in SF. She has tastefully furnished & decorated the place & you will feel at home immediately. I recommend Regina and her home to anyone. I know I'll be back.
Brilliant room and lovely host! The location is excellent and Regina is a fountain of knowledge about the local area.
Her place is super nice and she made me feel at home.
Regina was a Godsend for my move out to San Francisco. She 100% made it
possible for me to transition out from MN. And not only that, but she
graciously let me stay with her for a month as I searched for a more
As I’m sure you can tell from the pictures, Regina’s apartment is
beautiful. The room that I stayed in was quite comfortable. The swing is
perfect on Sunday mornings to drink coffee and read a book. And on some of
those chilly San Francisco nights, the bed is equipped with a heated
blanket, which I used often.
I had full access to the rest of her place as well. My favorite being the
living room with the lovely little fireplace to warm up to at night. And of
course, the full kitchen was great to cook meals in.
Regina always made me feel welcome, respected my privacy and was great at
communicating not only our arrangements at the beginning, but her
expectations for the stay and providing local recommendations. She even
invited me to meet some of her friends to network.
I would definitely recommend staying with Regina if you’re traveling
through San Francisco, or in a similar situation to me, and looking for a
place to stay while you transition to the Bay Area.
Thank you Regina for your help and kindness.
Regina was more than amazing, & the apartment was beautiful, cozy and was in an incredible location - highly recommend you try to get in here ;)

Hi I'm a professional woman who loves to dance, cook, do yoga and windsurf. I come from New Jersey, have lived in Paris but have spent most of my adult life living in the SF Bay Area. Come stay in my wonderful space in the best situated neighborhood, in the prettiest US city and one of the best in the world if you like to walk, eat and be outside.
The reviews speak for themselves but we want you to have the perfect stay - whether you're here for a conference, to look for work, take in the sights, food and wine or use it as a base to travel to wine country and beyond.
