  • My Dad and I had a great experience staying with Denny and Aimee on our way to Boston. They are inviting and welcoming, have a lovely home and a sweet dog.

Power went out once, was back on in about five minutes.

  • Lovely stay with Aimee and Denny! Even in winter, the adjacent inlet and salt marshes provide an beautiful and peaceful setting. Breakfast was great, and conversation was wonderful. Excellent hosts...

Denny's masterful paintings deck all walls throughout their home and are a feast for the art lover's soul.

Our bed was very, very comfortable. The room small, simple and clean. Bathroom very basic, but adequate. If you are looking for a luxury suite, this is not the place for you. If you seek a welcoming home stay with interesting and kind folks in a lovely natural setting, you will be happy here.

  • Denny and Aimee are wonderful hosts and make the best breakfasts! They have a lovely home filled with art and incredibly interesting stories. The location was perfect for both shopping and/or relaxing while appreciating the beauty of Maine.

    Thanks for a fabulous time!

  • We had a great two nights staying at Denny and Aimee's beautiful home in York. Breakfast each morning was delicious - local ingredients, great eggs and bacon. This was our first AirBNB experience, and we couldn't have asked for a better start!

  • Great location close to York but outside of town. The view is even better than in the photos. The double bed was comfortable and the shared bath was clean. (The room is up a flight of stairs if that is important for you to know. ) Denny and Aimee are committed to the slow food movement and provided us and their other guest a lovely breakfast all made with locally grown products. Denny's paintings ( many of which feature Aimee as the model) grace the walls of this 1910 Craftsman home...and they are lovely. Unlike some ABB accommodations, staying here really is like staying in a B and B rather than in someone's spare room. Its a bit pricy compared to some comparable ABB locations, but compared to most lodging in the area this is still a bargain for what you get.

  • We had a great stay with Denny and Aimee. Their home is an excellent alternative to some of the expensive hotels in the area. Denny's paintings are beautiful, the porch views are gorgeous and the breakfast is delicious. We had a lovely time chatting with our hosts over morning coffee and fresh eggs. The bedroom and bathroom are spacious and the bed is quite comfortable! Take a walk in the Highland Farm Preserve while you are there; it is just a quarter mile down the road. Thanks again for a great weekend, Denny and Aimee!

  • Thank you for the wonderful weekend at your lovely B&B! We had such a great time meeting you and all of your friends! What great timing we had by coming the same weekend you hosted your "Pot Luck". It was quite enjoyable and such a learning experience. We are enjoying our "Bone Broth" and butter! Your place was clean and comfortable and the breakfast you prepare is outstanding! We were fortunate that Hope got along with your Ricetti (sp?) If anyone is looking for a relaxing place to spend a few days in Maine, this is the place to contact! Thank you again!
