Please tell me as soon as possible your arrival and departure times at Venice (or at airport/train station/bus (email hidden)c) so I can manage at best your staying in Venice.

But I'll try to manage at best also different arrival or departure times: of course you can always drop off your luggage both if you arrive before the check-in time or if you leave from Venice after the check-out time.
Great flat in Rialto! First time to Venice, so we didn't really know what to expect, or what areas are best, but we quickly realised Rialto has some great little drink bars and food choices. Plus, as maps are not much use in Venice, you know you just have to make it back to Rialto bridge and you will have no problems, haha! The flat had everything you could need, I actually liked the fact that there was no TV - made for a lovely change on a holiday! Nice music selection instead! To sum up, really good flat in awesome location - you can't go wrong. Also, Alessandra and Andrea were really helpful throughout and quick to reply.
Ale and Andrea have a beautiful flat, perfectly located round the corner from the vibrant Rialto Market and the best Bacari bar I found in the whole City, All'Arco.
The flat had all of the amenities we required and was a very relaxing place to spend time after walking around Venice all day.
Ale was on hand to greet us at the Rialto Market water stop when we arrived and gave us lots of helpful hints and tips for our short stay.
This was my first trip with Airbnb and I was overall very happy with the experience. Ale's husband (sorry forgot your name) was waiting for me at the waterbus stop when I arrived. Prior to the arrival, I was provided very clear directions on how to get there. Communication back and forth was also very fast and Ale was responsive.
The apartment itself is located conveniently very close to the waterbus stop (less than a minute walking). Rialto Bridge is a good place to stay and we were able to walk around to most of the places. Our host was very pleasant to interact with and took me to the apartment and explained everything and even spent about 30 minutes giving me suggestions on what to see. This was valuable even though I had read Rick Steve's guide. The apartment was clean and spacious . We had everything we wanted. Rooms were well kept.Bathroom shower was hot and nice. Internet was fast. We had a toddler as well and they offered to arrange a bed for the toddler though we ended up not using it. The bed was comfortable. We were mostly out so we didn't need to use any of the amenities.
Overall very great experience. I would definitely stay here if I visited again.
Very clean apartment in the most amazing location, all communications clear, friendly, helpful and we were net by the owners father who was absolutely lovely - flat had lots of guide books and maps (I had forgotten mine!!) - great music to listen too, kitchen was well equipped although we didn't use as food too good miss whilst in Venice - would 100% stay here again, brilliant, thank you Ale for letting us stay virginia xx
Venice is an amazing city! This beautiful apartment was the perfect place for us to stay during our visit! It was cosy, clean and felt like "home" from the very beginning! We were greeted by Andrea upon arrival by water taxi. He was extremely helpful and was happy to share his local knowledge with us! The accommodation is a short distance from the Rialto Bridge which provides spectacular views of the Grand Canale! The Rialto markets are also a few steps away from the front door of the apartment building! We enjoyed the surrounding cafes and bars.. The restaurants lining the Grand Canale also served up spectacular seafood! Thank you Andrea and Alessandra - our time in Venice was amazing, made memorable by wonderful surroundings and a place to call home! :)
I was born in Venice and I like it very much. I'm 35, I'm married with Andrea (in Italy is a men name) and we had a baby at the end of 2012 . I like play volleyball. I have studied architecture at Venice IUAV university and then transport engineering at Rome University of La Sapienza. I live and work in Venice as transport engineer. Andrea is an architect.
