Thank you Niya
Niya was an awesome host! He is the most helpful person and his apartment is great to stay. We really liked his house in this quite neighboorhood.
If you like to know more about NY and not only the hip places like Williamsburg or LES, please stay at Niya's in Crown Heights.
The apartment is exactly as described and nicely located in a fun neighborhood, close to the train that will take you straight to Manhattan. We felt very safe at every hour of the day/night. Niya was very welcoming and was always available for tips and questions.
Niya was very generous with his time. He gave us a warm welcome and help orient us in Brooklyn and New York. We were out most of the time but when we needed to communicate Niya was very responsive. He is an excellent communicator. The room and bed were very comfy and it is such a pleasure to have a private bathroom. Tea/coffee making facilities and a pretty couch. We would have liked a table to sit at to use our laptop and eat breakfast.
Adjoining wall with neighbour is not sound proof but that is par for the course in a row if brownstones.
Great place, very beautiful studio in lovely neighborhood! Nina is very responsive and helpful. Highly recommended.
Niya means in Arabic good intentions. However his name is pronounced different, I think it fits him very well. He is a very welcoming and easy going host. He responded very quickly and is flexible. I loved staying in the studio. Niya got a great sense of style and is very clean. He explaines everything very well and is welcoming.
Niya was very prompt in meeting us and responding to my emails prior to visiting. When we got there, he showed us around his lovely studio and gave us information about the local area. We enjoyed talking and getting to know him.
We stayed at Niya's place for 6 days and it was a great experience! Niya is a friendly, welcoming and very helpful host and always checked in on us if everything was going well. The place is only a few walking minutes from two Subway stations away, which made it easy to get around. Our room was very clean and cozy, we loved staying here and would definitely come back here again.
I am a photographer, designer, father. Been a Brooklyn, NYC resident for over 30 years and can pretty much tell you how and where to find anything here. I am truly enjoying hosting persons from all over the world in my home, meeting new people and learning a bit about their cultures.
I have travelled extensively to many different countries over the years as a.photographer, including parts of Africa, Europe, South America and the Caribbean. I still look forward to going to new places, exposing myself to different cultures and experiences. As such, I welcome all to visit my studio rental and explore the Brooklyn and NYC culture.
As a photographer, I specialize mostly in portraiture and most recently interiors. Aside from my photography, I am passionate about design and style. I have an interior design company, Ishka Designs, and I am continually evolving my own style as we explore new concepts for clients.
I have lots to share about NYC and beyond and look forward to hosting each and every one of you. See you soon.
Live to love, love to live for life is for the living.
