Nice place - my manager stayed here when we visited - great location, small but definitely hip and charming. Nice neighbors in the complex too, and she had some friendly chats with a couple of them. We had a couple of internet issues on the last 2 days but besides that I'd recommend it place as good for the price, and a top location.
Great location, close to the action yet quiet. Host easy to deal with. Would recommend.
This place is great! Lots of natural light, close to everything on Santa Monica! Short walk to the bars in WeHo. Shorter walk to great restaurants (I was at Hamburger Mary's like 5 times that week)... The best part: THE WATER PRESSURE! Holy crap, it's awesome. I'm all about it.
Place and location is great. Justin is awesome easy to accommodate. Highly recommend.
Great place, great host, great location! While looking for a long term rental in the area, I stayed here for 4 days. The neighbors are friendly and the place is quiet. This place has everything you need for a short term stay. Big bonus for this area? The parking. Justin was very easy to deal with.
Great location, quirky apartment, everything as promised. Enjoyed staying here, neighbors are friendly, parking was so useful, wifi was reliable, Gelson's round the corner was good for shopping. Would happily stay here again. Not luxurious or fancy, but practical, simple and well-sited. Communications with Justin were clear and prompt. No complaints. Except the weather: really heavy rain for two days and nights, rattling on the roof. But that's not statistically very likely again for a while...
Could not have asked for a better host, location and pricing.
Justin was a great host. Everything about apartment was as described and I can underline mthe positive things the other guests said so far. Actually I found the parking spot also big enough even for a bigger car. I stayed for more than two weeks. Location in WeHo is fantastic. You have everything around the corner also for daily errands. One day the internet did not work but Justin fixed it immediately after being informed.
Arriving and checking into the place was pretty easy. The first day was rough. There was no hot water at all. Justin did a good job calling a plumber, but it was too late for them to fix it that night. So I spent the night with no hot water. I spent most of the 2nd day with no hot water and no gas as they tried to fix the hot water. The first two days were not fun at all. Justin said he would provide a refund for the first night, which I have yet to see.
Once the hot water and heat were fixed, the place was great for my needs. There were no additional problems, easily maintained and perfect for someone traveling alone.
The apartment was quant and comfortable, albeit a little dated. It suited me fine, I was alone, and I felt comfortable coming and going. Justin wasn't hard to reach, if he didn't answer his phone, he called back within 15-20 minutes or so. The bed was comfortable, and had clean sheets, as well as a few clean towels that were left for me. If you need more than three you should mention that. Parking was a great feature, but down a narrow drive, if you have a larger car you should ask before you rent. I never saw the other tenants, but I did hear them. It wasn't a problem, but I was aware that they could hear me too. The only real downside to this place was that I paid a $50 cleaning few, and the floors were very dirty. Whoever cleans for Justin needs to work a little harder. Kitchen, and bathroom were fairly clean, enough not to be grossed out.
I'd recommend this place to any couple, or two friends looking for a quiet place right in the heart of West Hollywood.
