Hispaniola House is an art deco building with 6 apartment only. This apartment is a 900 square foot, two bedrooms, one bath unit which will accommodate up to six people.
The living room is furnished with a sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped. Both bedroom are equipped with a queen-size bed.
This property is a legal short rental with all city and state licenses and is managed professionally.
Our extensive property management team will assist you 24/7 in case of needs. The building has 24 hour video surveillance for your protection. We may provide also resident parking permits for our guests.

There are no parties or gatherings allowed anywhere in this property. Alcohool is for personal consumption and is not to be distributed or sold by guests on the premises.
In the event of a violation, be it by the tenant, friends and/or others, the tenant will be deemed responsible, charged accordingly and immediately evicted from the premises. Additionally, Miami Habitat reserves the rightto charge said tenant's credit card for damages and/or liabilities resulting from violations. Consumption or possession of illegual and/or illicit substances is strictly forbidden on our properties. Suspicion or discovery of such substances constitutes a breach of contract and terminates said contract, rendering it null and void. Tenant will vacate the property immediately or will be evicted and the proper authorities will be notified.
The is no loud or excessive noise allowed on the properties. Miami Habitat invokes a zero noise tolerance policy at all times. The use or operating of radios, television sets, musical instruments, or other sound producing devices, in such amanner so as to disturb the peace, quiet and comfort of neighboring inhabitants with louder volume than necessary for the convenient hearing of the person or person residing inside the room, is a violation of the noise ordinance rule. At the discretion of Miami Habitat, violations may result in immediate eviction from the premises.
