The apartment is located on Pennsylvania Avenue at the corner of Espanola way in the heart of South Beach. Espanola way is an adorable street with plenty of nice restaurants. This unit is located at a 3 mn walking distance from Lincoln road and 5 mn from the beach.
Hispaniola House is an art deco building with 6 apartment only. This apartment is a 900 square foot, two bedrooms, one bath unit which will accommodate up to six people.
The living room is furnished with a sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped. Both bedroom are equipped with a queen-size bed.
This property is a legal short rental with all city and state licenses and is managed professionally.
Our extensive property management team will assist you 24/7 in case of needs. The building has 24 hour video surveillance for your protection. We may provide also resident parking permits for our guests.

There are no parties or gatherings allowed anywhere in this property. Alcohool is for personal consumption and is not to be distributed or sold by guests on the premises.
In the event of a violation, be it by the tenant, friends and/or others, the tenant will be deemed responsible, charged accordingly and immediately evicted from the premises. Additionally, Miami Habitat reserves the rightto charge said tenant's credit card for damages and/or liabilities resulting from violations. Consumption or possession of illegual and/or illicit substances is strictly forbidden on our properties. Suspicion or discovery of such substances constitutes a breach of contract and terminates said contract, rendering it null and void. Tenant will vacate the property immediately or will be evicted and the proper authorities will be notified.
The is no loud or excessive noise allowed on the properties. Miami Habitat invokes a zero noise tolerance policy at all times. The use or operating of radios, television sets, musical instruments, or other sound producing devices, in such amanner so as to disturb the peace, quiet and comfort of neighboring inhabitants with louder volume than necessary for the convenient hearing of the person or person residing inside the room, is a violation of the noise ordinance rule. At the discretion of Miami Habitat, violations may result in immediate eviction from the premises.
Those rules are implemented to avoid you to disturb other clients but also to avoid other clients to disturb you. Thank you for understanding.
Really don't go. i have book an appartment with my friends and we meet the manager property at our arrival. when we have open the door it was not the same appartment as I reserved. i have talk with the french owner (im french) and despite our conversation she doesn't understand why i was disapointed.. Again don't go
The flat is clean and comfortable, however, the mattress in the large bedroom should be changed. Nice bathroom, well equipped kitchen, and the tiny balcony is a nice touch. Umbrellas are in the closet :) The location is excellent, quiet, yet centrally located street. Restaurants, shops and the beach are in few minute walking distance. We loved it and we would definitely recommend it!
I loved the place. It is exactly as described. It was clean, organized. It stay tree blocks from the beach. I will return.
O local é ótimo, limpo, suporta 5 pessoas tranqüilamente. Fica a três quadras da praia, perto para ir a pé e longe do barulho, ideal. O anfitrião foi super atencioso e gerente Cris também. Voltarei a alugar com certeza. Ótimo custo benéficio.

Well-sized apt in a great location (2min walk to vibrant Espanola Way, 5min walk to shopping at Lincoln Rd, 10min walk to kids-friendly Flamingo Park).
Apt was not the same as pictured but similar (multi-apt complex) and well-proportioned, well-stocked and clean. Even had a small outdoor-area.
Finally, Chris (Apt Mgr) was very helpful; delivered a baby-chair and other things we hadn't initially asked for without any problems!

I enjoyed very much my stay in the this apartment, I found it very convenient and most importantly quite, which is helpful when you have a baby. The house was clean and pleasantly furnished.
We have been received upon arrival with care and the person receiving us has been a great support throughout our stay in miami.
I am looking forward to rent a place again in the same building.
