The Space

in the winding streets of the Unesco-site D'alt Vila (=the old town in Catalan) you find this charming house with stunning original features.
Housing up to four people, all facilities are there for your holiday to be perfect, including an amazing terrace with beautiful views over Ibiza town and the sea for a perfect sunset and aperitif-spot.
D'alt Vila is filled with narrow, winding streets, surprisingly empty at times, and at other times, surprisingly trendy and chic. The restaurants are top class and full of Mediterranean ambience and the shops are original, artistic boutiques. Brightly colored bouganevilla drops down from the whitewashed walls and stray cats mix on the streets with the latest fashion.
The house is made up of four floors. Please take the photo-tour!
The house is fully equipped with two bathrooms, one master bedroom, one top floor with a double sofa bed and loft-feeling, and the kitchen has everything you need for cooking at home or just making your breakfast and storing cold drinks. The lounge has a TV, and the house is filled with magical bohemian details for the true feeling of hippie chic Ibiza.

For staying here, you don't even need a car. You are within walking distance from the best of what Ibiza has to offer, and you can take a bus to the beautiful beaches of the south of the island. You have amazing restaurants on your doorstep and Ibiza town is right there.

There is public transport to all over the island from Ibiza town. Taxis can take you to some of the nearby beaches, bars, restaurants and nightclubs outside of Ibiza town in about 10-15 minutes.

  • Linda was very responsive to all my inquiries and also super flexible with respect to the arrival and departure.
Even though the house is big enough for four people, two of us did not have too much of a comfortable sleep as the couch bed had huge gaps in between the different parts of the mattresses. All in all, I can recommend the house to those who are looking for a stay in a unique ancient townhouse with a good location.

  • Linda was a great, fast and easy going host and we had a great time in this idyllic house in the centre of d'Alt Vila. The location is the best you can get! It's literal on the corner of the best and cutest restaurants and bars in the old town.

The entrance to the house is a real 'eye catcher' and part of the special looks of d'Alt Vila. Really, all day tourists stops to take pictures by the gate, because it looks so beautiful. Besides the location we also enjoyed the cozie old house and especially the rooftop.

But unfortunately i also have to make a little critic note: because the house could be must cleaner. Even though its a 400 years old house. And i think the rooftop could be a lot more attractive with some nice furniture. Now there was only broken and old garden furniture, which we couldn't use.

  • Wonderful house in the very center of the Dalt Vila, perfect location and very charming! We had a great time there, spent wonderful nights on the roof terrace with the nice view over the Port. It would be nice to come back. Linda was a really nice host!

I was born in Sweden to a Swedish father and a Polish mother and grew up in very multicultural areas. I started becoming interested in other cultures at an early age, and I left Sweden right after high school, to live and work and study abroad. After travelling and living in different places in the world for many years, I have now settled down on the beautiful Mediterranean island of Ibiza with my family. I welcome people from all walks of life and cultures and I look forward to share the local secrets and gems of Ibiza with you! I speak English, Swedish, Spanish but I sometimes had more meaningful communication with people that spoke none of the above... ;) I love yoga, art, film, photography, writing, travelling, good food, wine, flamenco, family and nature.
