Explore the Riviera del Conero from this central retreat. Our peaceful apartment features 2 bedrooms, a complete kitchen and bathroom, comfortable living and dining area, and spacious shaded balcony. Just a 10-min walk to town center and 7 minutes to the beach.

The space
The apartment is situated on the top floor in a quiet residential area in Porto Recanati in the southern end.

Fully equipped kitchen with gas stovetop, fridge-freezer, and electric oven. The breakfast area has a capsule coffee machine, electric kettle, and microwave. All pots and pans, plates, cups, wine glasses and cutlery provided. Essentials like oil, salt and sugar are provided.

The living and dining area includes an antique round dining table, TV, and sofa, along with books on local cuisine and history.

WiFi and air-conditioning are available.

The spacious balcony is carpeted with artificial turf and features a comfy couch. The entire balcony is shaded, making it a relaxing place to enjoy breakfast, aperitivo, or a book.

The two bedrooms include one king-sized bed and one queen-sized bed, each bedroom with a full-length wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The queen bedroom feature handmade reclaimed wood frame and nightstands. Fresh linens and towels are provided.
