- No smoking, vaping or Hookah in the house. You can smoke outside, but
please clean up after yourselves.
- Please leave shoes on the patio to allow us to keep the home clean for you
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- Must be at least 25 years old to book a reservation (must send a photo of drivers license at time of booking )
- Please report any damages that occur to the Host
- Please do not move the furniture around

PET RULES:
- absolutely No Pets on any furniture
- No more than 1 Pet allowed (must be house trained)
- No leaving Pets alone for extended period of time
- Pre approval from host required for Pet prior to booking (photo of pet is required )

-Please pick up after your pet in the yard.
-Any damages on the property made by your pet will be the liability of the pet’s owner
