  • Jennifer was a wonderful host. Her house is amazing! In the hills, it felt like staying at a nice villa in a nature park. The master suite was very nice and cozy. The bathroom, tub, shower are very clean. Definitely recommend for anyone or couple to stay at her place.

  • Great stay for our first Airbnb. The master suite was perfect with lots of light, air flow, and an open private deck - like being in a douglas fir tree house, plus a great location. Our host, Jennifer, was especially accomodating. We would definately book this property again

  • Jennifer is a wonderful host and made us feel completely welcome into her stunningly beautiful home. This was our first visit to Portland and Jennifer was fully of great suggestions on what to do to capture the essence of the city in our short time we had to stay. Jennifer recommended that we head over to NW 23rd and wander the street and then find a place for dinner After visiting a number of unique shops we stopped at Papa Haydn for dinner, the service was wonderful and the food even better. The place with the longest line up was Salt and Straw an Ice Cream place. We tried four favours, my favourite being Arbequina Olve Oil.
We be back to Oregon and to Portland and would stay again at Jennifer's place if it is available.

  • Highest possible recommendation for Jennifer's lovely SW Hills Main Level Master Bed/Bath. Jennifer is just great - a very warm, kind, and hospitable host. She made our stay easy and comfortable, and exceptionally welcoming. Airy, clean, and luxurious just begins to describe her accommodations. The location is extremely convenient and parking was a breeze. I would love to stay again!

  • Jennifer's place is like staying in a luxury treehouse. It is nestled in the wooded hills and all the views are serene and stunning--a perfect retreat after a busy day in bustling Portland. Jennifer is an awesome hostess. She does her own thing, but makes time for you if you need directions or recommendations. She has boundless energy for all things, including her guests, and everyone is charmed by the place. It is safe, secure, and in a great neighborhood, very accessible to Downtown Portland. The model home is immaculately clean and tidy. If you are lucky enough to stay in the master suite, you will be impressed with thoughtful design details, like a nightlight that glows softly from under the bathroom cabinets. First Class all the way.

  • I had a great (albeit too short) stay with Jennifer while I was on business to Portland. The house is in a beautiful setting in the hills South of Portland downtown with a gorgeous interior. Even though I was just there for one evening, I enjoyed my very comfy bed, a soak in the tub and a cup of coffee on the deck. I would definitely stay again!

  • Our stay was lovely, Jennifer is the ultimate hostess. We had a wonderful night of sleep after a long day of travel with airport delays. Starting with the reservation process everything went seamlessly, facilitated by Jennifer. You will love the Master Suite, the luxury bathroom and marvelous view. The entire house is spotlessly clean, the common areas and Jennifer's company will draw you out of your beautiful room. We had a rental car and GPS to navigate Portland but other guest used public transit. I highly recommend this location for short or extended stays.

  • We were trying to find a place to stay the night before we had to be in Portland and Jennifer was so quick to respond to our messages that we booked right away and were very happy with our decision. The master bedroom and bathroom were beautiful! And the location was so great because it felt far enough away from the city with only a short 15 minute drive to downtown. Jennifer was a gracious host and even surprised us with some pre-breakfast snacks.

  • I can't believe how wonderful it was to stay at Jennifer's home. She greeted us warmly and hugged us goodbye. This is in addition to her home being one of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed. This is my first airbnb experience and I rate this a 10. So much better than a hotel that charges for parking, etc.

I'm an outgoing, friendly, accommodating, upbeat, active, fit (golf/tennis/bicycling/swimming/design consultant), busy, 40's professional female. I look forward to hosting those new to Portland, lovers of Portland, those visiting family & friends and those who are here on work-related assignments. I enjoy meeting new people from all walks of life. I am also interested in hearing snip-bits of journeys as they relate to Culture/Cuisine/Successes/Challenges in one's life. I relate well with the elderly and with children. Listening & sharing stories from others' experience is a wonderful way of connecting and one of the best ways of learning/growing and enriching each of our paths.
