A nice little apartment in the heart of Copenhagen .. namely Amager;) is possible to rent from the summer 2012 and on.
This is a small but very charming apartment with room for 2 in the large double bed and the possibility of a mattress on the floor for 2 extra (I.E. children) and of course the "legendary balcony" with the always newly mowed grass. It is situated 2 minutes walk from Amagerbrogade, 8 minutes walk from Amager beach park. Amager beach park has a wealth of facilities including: Kayaking, rowing, kayak polo, Land-Surfing, Wind Surfing, Diving (if you have the gear), Kitesurfing and much more. And the apartment is situated only 15 minutes by bus or car from City Hall, and did I mention that there is a bathtub?! ;)
There is also access to free Wi-Fi, DAB / Internet Radio and Television with 10 standard channels plus a MOVIE channel and last but not least: NETFLIX-©, everything you can imagine concerning film and tv-shows from the US and the rest of the world.
Parking in the area is free, it is close to public transport and it's a nice area to ride a bike, especially to the beach.
I will be present on the first day and show you all the facilities and it's always easy to get hold of me during your (website hidden). If you just need to stay there for a few days, we can fix that too ;)
Very nice and cosy place (and clean!); everything worked out very well with Marcus; we would definitely come again - thank you for your hospitality Marcus!
Marcus' apartment was perfect for me & I felt very at home there.
Great appartment...very clean and tidy. Excellent transport links. Really close to the city centre.
Marcus was very easy to get hold of if we had any queries.
All in all a fantastic trip was had!!!
Would definitely recommend Marcus' place...
My stay at Marcus's apartment couldn't have been better. His apartment was exactly as described with a good internet connection, 10 mins walk to Amagerstrand Metro, and less than 5 to a good breakfast at the baker on Amagerbrogade. Marcus had family let us in but followed up personally to check everything was ok.
Marcus is a really kind guy with a superb flat in Copenhagen. We spent 5 days at him and everything was perfect.
The flat was extremely clean an cosy, and the bathtub was very pleasant after a rainy day:)
There are two buses 5/10 minutes walk from the flat taking you to Tivoli.
Very sweet apartment in a peaceful area near to the Amagerbrogade road there are alot of shops .. Marcus was a very nice host and helpful very quickly and was very friendly .
I hope to visit this place again .
Marcus was an exceptional host. He was extremely kind in helping us getting to know Copenhagen and advising us on how best to find permanent accommodation - the purpose of our visit was to find a flat.
His place is extremely cosy and gave much more than we had expected and needed. It is a quiet area with easy and quick transport links into the centre of the city. Would recommend this offer to anyone.
I stayed for 5 nights at Marcus's apartment. He was on hand to greet me, showed me how to use everything, gave me ideas for places to see and how to get around Copenhagen, during the week he also emailed to see how I was going with everything, and he was at my service!
I had a great time, he is only 10 mins from the city on the bus, the stop which is only a couple of minutes walk from his place, and I dont know, maybe 15 mins from the airport. You can walk to the beach comfortably. His apartment is light filled and airy and the bed was very comfy. I had a great stay and highly recommend Marcus and his place
Vielen, vielen Dank, Marcus :)
