This home is beautifully appointed with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, nestled in the exclusive Beverly Hills area. Quiet, spacious and posh, yet just 1 mile from Sunset Blvd., it is the perfect getaway for tourists or business trips alike.

The Space

This listing is for a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom single family home in the most exclusive area and neighborhood of Los Angeles: Beverly Hills, California 90210. However, unlike many other homes in Beverly Hills, one can quickly access tourist and commercial destinations because of its close proximity to Sunset Boulevard. The world famous areas of Rodeo Drive and Beverly Hills shops are just 2 miles away. When considering where to stay in Los Angeles, location is key due to heavy traffic in the city, and this location is the best in the entire city.

The house makes a great vacation getaway location, or a home base to work from. The home has been renovated recently, and is in a modern, Asian-inspired styling with top of the line appliances, furniture and appointments. This exclusive section of Beverly Drive boasts the full-time residences of many celebrities, including Jessica Biel, Adrian Grenier, Joe Torre and others.

The house has 2 large bedrooms and 2 beautifully-appointed bathrooms with marble and granite throughout. The master bedroom is outfitted with a queen-sized bed, as well as a full-size fold-out futon/sofa. The 2nd bedroom is also outfitted with a queen-size bed. There is also a rollaway extra-long twin-sized bed which can be placed in any room at the guest's convenience. The bedrooms are carpeted and the living room, kitchen and dining room are bamboo flooring, in keeping with the Asian motif. The house also has a large deck to absorb the serene canyon view and plenty of LA sun.

There is parking for 2 cars in the attached carport, with room for 2-3 additional cars if necessary in the driveway. There is also unlimited parking on the street. The house also features a washer/dryer, state of the art sound system, 50 inch flat screen plasma TV and broadband wifi access. Luxury living is evident throughout, as the owners built the home as their primary residence and continue to live there.

The location of the home is the best of both worlds, as Rodeo Drive is a 5 minute drive away, but the serenity of the location is unmatched. Other tourist destination distances are listed below:

West Hollywood - 10 minute drive
Hollywod - 10-15 minute drive
Santa Monica - 20 minute drive
Brentwood - 10-15 minute drive
Malibu - 40 minute drive
Pacific Palisades - 20 minute drive
San Fernando Valley - 10 minute drive
Sherman Oaks - 10 minute drive
Downtown LA, including Staples Center - 30-45 minute drive
Pasadena - 30 minute drive

Because of the home's location in hills of Beverly Hills, the area is extremely quiet and secluded, but one can access all that West Hollywood, Beverly Hills and other areas have to offer in minutes.

We have also outfitted the house with mini cell towers (they work through the internet), so AT&T cell phones work perfectly.

There is a large state park called Franklin Canyon Park next door to the house with great hiking trails offering unparalleled views of Los Angeles. Of course, Hollywood, West Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Westwood, Brentwood and Santa Monica are all in close proximity as well.

You are sure to remember your trip after staying in this gorgeous home, please contact us with any questions.

A car is necessary in Los Angeles, but this house's tranquility combined with easy parking makes getting around painless.

  • Amazing house in Beverly Hills. We spent 5 days there and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. Loved having the spacious house, privacy, and luxury amenities. There is a fabulous park for kids just down the hill on the corner of N. Beverly Dr. and Coldwater Canyon. In response to other reviews, we had plenty of toilet paper and paper towels :). Thanks for the stay, we will be back!

  • The place was marvelous and in a perfect location. It is smack dab in Beverly Hills and in close striking distance of my conference and all the places to be. There was a mixup with the key on the first night but the owner quickly rectified the situation. Overall a 10/10 experience and I will definitely contact him next time I travel to L.A.

  • This was a nice, clean house on a pretty street in the hills. The bathrooms and the kitchen are modern and the living room offers a great space. The problem with the house is that it was really sparse - empty walls, with nails from pictures that used to hang there, the sheets and the towels felt cheap, used up and a bare minimum. The spare bed that we wanted to use didn't have a blanket or sheets for it. There was only 2(!) rolls of toilet paper for the 6 of us who were on the reservation. Ananthan was an absentee host, I had some questions during our stay but he never got back to me. Overall, this place has a great potential, but needs some work from true host.

  • Great house! Very modern and looks like the pictures. The lock box code we were initially given was wrong, but Ananthan (owner) IMMEDIATELY responded to my text and gave me correct code -so kudos to him on that. You MUST have a car as it is about a mile up the hill above Sunset Blvd in a beautiful but remote location. You may also need a car to buy toilet paper, and paper towels as there were no paper towel and very little toilet paper. Also only 4 towels and no extra bedding so bring that if you need any blankets or sheets for futon bed/roll away bed. Was able to text and use Wi-Fi but not make cell calls in the hills there.

  • This was a nice apartment. The location is decent for getting around LA although to is up in the hills so there is no phone reception at all. As in, "no service". Other than that it was good.

    April 2014
  • This house was comfortable with very wide.
I want to stay again when I come to Los Angeles.

  • Beautiful place, I had a great stay!

  • We enjoyed our stay, owner was responsive and courteous. My wife noted that it was evident that it was a bachelor pad, a bit sparse and carpets needed cleaning. Overall a good place !

  • The place is amazing and a great place to stay in! Super relaxing, clean, and spacious.

That said, my interactions with the host really negatively impacted my experience. He was curt in his reply when I asked him about extending my checkout time by two hours and never responded to my requests for a microcell tower since I have an AT&T phone, which meant I could only call out using (website hidden) credit. What could have been a fantastic experience was soured by poor hospitality. If I had a choice, I probably wouldn't have booked the place knowing how badly I would feel being treated in the manner that I was.
