There is a lot going on in all seasons in Sonoma, The Tuesday evening Farmers Market is not to be missed; we also have a Friday morning Farmers Market where you can spot many of the town chefs planning their meals. The grape harvest in the fall brings people from around the world to enjoy the colors and aromas of the wine country and the olive harvest and festival in the winter keeps the action going year round.
There is an art museum and two small history museums to see as well as the historic mission, the Vallejo house and some interesting wine-related museums. The Olive Festival has the Blessing of the Olives in the mission in January, with wonderful music and speakers and there is an International Film Festival in early April.
We hope you enjoy our house, the town and neighborhood as much as we do.
Guests are welcome to use any of the outdoor areas. We have a very nice courtyard were they may want to have coffee in the morning or maybe a glass of wine in the evening.
If you are here on Tuesday Evenings during the Summer and Fall we would really recommend that you visit our Farmers Market which is held in the Central Plaza. It's quite the social event. Everyone brings the kids,a bottle of wine, buys something to eat and makes an evening of it. A truly unique experience!

This was our second stay with Pat and Bobbie. As before, it was a wonderful experience. They are welcoming and helpful without being over concerned. The home is exceptionally lovely and the room is set up for every comfort. The location is as stated -- within walking distance of Sonoma Plaza and the restaurants / wineries in the town. These are great folks and I highly recommend their hospitality.

Pat and Bobbie have a lovely home on a quiet street in Sonoma. They provide a comfortable bed in a very clean environment. I had a nice chat with them in the morning, very accommodating and interesting people! We had a wonderful stay :)
We stayed with Pat and Bobbie for only one night for a wedding in Sonoma and their place was perfect for us. They were friendly and accommodating without being overbearing and their house was comfortable and clean. Super convenient location as well. We'd stay there again.
About the Host, Bobbie And Pat
Pat and I love to bicycle, garden and read. And share our town of Sonoma with guests. Lots to do here in addition to wine tasting. We love Sonoma, there is a real sense of community here and a more relaxed pace of life. We've lived in Sonoma since 1999 and can direct you to some of the best places to eat, drink and play. We can also suggest bicycle and hiking routes that we enjoy.
