The Space

The propriety I would like to display on your site is a house at the top of this beautiful village, located in the center of Italy, near the medieval tower.

There are two floors :on the first one there is a characteristic kitchen, with a sink sculpted in the stone, a wood stove, a big television where you can see international channels, a couch that becomes a double bed. Also has a fireplace, a balcony and a small bathroom. The top floor which is also the main bedroom is made of wood and it's composed by a big double bad a window in the ceiling and the main bathroom.

There is internet access and a garden in front of the house with barbecue.

Anyway most important are the beauty of the region. In fact the house is surrounded of a national park, and with a lot of natural activity. Horseback riding ranches, ski runs, nature trail.
20 km away there is a spectacular view of a wonderful lake right below a small town where people still live like 50 years ago.

The town where my house is located has all facilities : supermarket-pharmacy- bars- bakery etc...It is anyway a good idea to have a car that can allow the guests to visit around. 100 km away there is also a really nice beach where you can eat fresh fish and relax away from any kind of noise.

  • We had a wonderful stay between Christmas and New Years at the cozy chalet tucked away in the heart of the oldest part of Introdacqua, right under the Medieval tower and walking distance from woodland paths and the actual town centre. The location alone is enough to make one feel that they are in a very, very special place, surrounded by mountain views and ancient homes built into the hillside (some crumbling, others painstakingly restored with respect for local architecture); in short, a trip into the past and into total peace and quiet. This hamlet is currently being restored, also by quite a few Brits and Americans who probably turn up more in the summer months, so we were pretty much on our own, which added to the mystique. It is no surprise that this hamlet is on the list of Italy's Most Beautiful Hamlets. The apartment is as sweet as can be, has everything one might need to feel at home and more. After a day on the slopes at Roccaraso we could not wait to get back and make a fire in the corner fireplace, kick back after a hot shower and simply enjoy the place! The lofted bedroom is great, with a comfortable, heated bed and modern bathroom right next to it. The extra, half bathroom at the entrance is also nice to have. The host is very accomodating, considerate and made us feel very at home. We look forward to returning one day and highly recommend it.
