The space
Guests tell us it’s “more beautiful than the pictures” and “feels like home away from home.”
This upstairs studio condo is clean, comfortable, and completely private. It was not affected by past storms and remains fully operational.

Inside you’ll find:

Smart TV with cable, strong Wi-Fi, wall-mounted AC, ceiling fan & blackout curtains

One of the largest pools on the beach — rarely crowded

This space is perfect for 2 guests (and works well for a couple with one child). Many guests return year after year for the peace, wildlife, and ease.
Beach access is directly across the street via the Seabird Sanctuary

Restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping are a short drive or trolley ride

Trolley stop right out front — easy access to Clearwater, John’s Pass & St. Pete

This is a quiet stretch of beach — ideal if you prefer calm over crowds.
This is an upstairs unit (one flight of stairs)

Pool is open (not heated)

Guest access
Full access to the condo 24 hours a day. Come and go as you like and there's an electronic lock, so there are no keys to keep up with! Jr. Olympic size pool with two shallow ends and 10ft in the center. On-site laundry and shuffleboard with equipment available. Charcoal BBQ and picnic tables on the water and boat dock for fishing. There is a beach access across the street to the left of the Seabird Sanctuary next to the San Remo condo complex.

Other things to note
This condo association has a 3-night minimum stay. Very friendly community if you choose to engage.

If you would like to check into the condo before our standard check-in time of 4:00 PM, you may do so for an additional fee of $50. Early check-in can help you settle in and start enjoying your stay sooner.

Please let us know as soon as possible if you are interested in this option, and we will do our best to accommodate your request based on the condo's availability.
Pack n' Play with 2 sheets is available upon request for additional fee of $25.
Please note: The lower-level units in the complex are currently being renovated following some storm-related repairs from the Sept/Oct 2024 hurricanes. You may see “No Trespassing” signs posted to keep construction areas secure—they do not apply to this unit. This upstairs unit was completely unaffected and remains fully private, clean, and comfortable for your stay.
