We would like to introduce you to one of the last wild coasts in Southern Spain, Costa de la Luz, Andalusia, where typical houses can be found between the Natural Park of the Breña y Marismas del Barbate and the beaches. This is a real Spanish villa in the real Spain. The house is situated between Barbate and Vejer, two small villages with 25km of beaches surrounded by a protected Natural park called La Brena. La Brena is great for hiking and enjoying unspoiled, isolated beaches.
It's usually sunny in Andalucía and perfect almost all year round for activities of one sort or another.

Erin's loft was beautiful, spacious, open, and had lots of light. Her communication was excellent, and she left lots of information about the apartment and things to do in the surrounding area, which was very helpful. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a short or long term stay.
Erin was a good hostess. The apartment is really nice and clean. Nothing is missing. Erin was kind, has solved a little problem we had. Two bathroom are really comply.
Thanks Erin for everything.
My friend and I were in Kingston, New York to attend the O+Festival, a 3 day exhibition of art, music and healthcare/wellness services set in uptown Kingston every October.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of an old Victorian home within walking distance of great restaurants, boutiques and shops.
This apartment was really great for our eight-night-stay in Brooklyn, NYC! A smart code system to enter apartment made it easily accessible upon our arrival (but remember to bring the printed codes you get from Erin in advance!). Walking distance to metro station is appr 8 minutes and the G-line takes you to several nice areas in Brooklyn and easy transfer to different parts of Manhattan.
The view and sunset from roof top is terrific, and there is a free outdoor swimming pool just a couple of blocks away. Bring a padlock if you want to use it.
We had a wonderful stay at Erin's place. It seems barely impossible for us to find a better place in NYC. Amazingly decorated, with all amenities to make your stay comfortable, nice views of Manhattan and located in a breathtaking neighbourhood full of life. Perfect flat for a romantic stay! Erin has been very kind with us, providing assistance at any time and giving very clear instructions on how to proceed. Highly recommended!
Me and my partner stayed at Erin's apartment for a couple of weeks in June 2013 and really enjoyed it. Let's be a little more specific.
The neighborhood. According to a best-selling NYC guide, "Bedford-Stuyvesant is the largest African-American community in New York", so if are caucasian expect to be one of the few in the streets. This may be unusual and even uncomfortable for some visitors from Europe or elsewhere, but we never felt uneasy at any time of the day or night. People are friendly and ready to give you indications and help if you need it.
Transportation. Getting to the nearest subway requires an eight-minute walk and a bus stop is just one block away. It takes 30 to 40 minutes to reach Manhattan, depending on your specific destination and subway schedule and I definitely recommend using the MTA trip planner (or (website hidden) maps, it provides the same results) because you can save 10-15 minutes by choosing the right route.
The apartment. It is exactly as depicted in the photos. It is spacious (at least by NYC standards), very welcoming, sunny and comfortable. All appliances (microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing/dryer machine, cable tv, air conditioning, etc.) are perfectly functional. I would have appreciated some more cooking tools (please consider I am an Italian foodie, though) but any essential item was there. The only flaw is the lack of an elevator, which may be challenging if you travel with a heavy luggage.
The tenant. We actually never met Erin and did not even speak with her on the phone. Nevertheless, she always responded our emails promptly (within minutes, sometimes) and was always kind and ready to help and provide valuable information.
We had a very enjoyable stay in the loft that looked just like in the beautiful pictures. The loft is very comfortable and has everything you need (2 bathrooms, wifi, tv, a well equipped kitchen, a washing machine, iron,...). We stayed there for a whole week and my boyfriend's brother came over to stay for the weekend. He slept on the coach that can suit 2 people, but will maybe not be that comfortable for both. The kitchen was ideal for cooking a nice dinner. The loft also has a sunny (when there is sun of course) terrace, but a table would have been convenient to have your breakfast there, considering you mostly have the sun in the morning. The rooftop terrace also provides you with a fantastic view. Only a pitty that they were renovating it, so we could not really sit there to enjoy it long. I hurt my foot at the beginning of my holiday, so the fact that the apartment is so high up, it was a real challenge for me to climb the stairs every day after a long day walking in the city. However it was an excellent opportunity to work on my physical health. It takes you also a bit of time (10 minutes) to get to the subway, but once you know your way around, you get used to it. The Nostrand-Bedford (G) subway stop is right at the dunkin' donuts, so you can always have yourself a great coffee or a couple of donuts when you get there. We would only recommend that there would be a printer available, especially if you want to book online (you get more discounts) for certain musea and other entertainment. We did not always have good weather, so maybe it is also advisable to have an umbrella at your disposal (we did bring our coats, so in the end we were fine). We did not get to see Erin, but when we arrived we easily found our way in thx to her guidance by phone. Thanks to the easy lock system we did not have to juggle with keys. We were a bit sad not to see Erin at the end, but we spoke to her on the phone and her husband came to see us off. Anyway, we definitely recommend this fantastic loft the anyone who wants to visit NYC, but still wants to come home to a quiet, cool place (very good airco!) to kick back and relax after your busy days of visiting the city.
Very nice loft. Place was very clean and well maintentanced!
Erin's place was great, just as advertised. She was easy to communicate with, and the move in and out was a breeze. Would definitely stay again, and recommend to others.
