My one bedroom apartment in New York is a rare gem - with access to public transit & almost 900 square feet. Street parking is available too! A park is just 1 block away. Looking for a cool, clean spacious place to stay? - my place is perfect
A great one bedroom apartment with tons of space in the heart of urban Harlem. Located just one block from the B/D subway line in a secure elevator building - this apartment has more than 800 sq ft with one large private bedroom (full bed) and a sleeper couch. A great bathroom with a tub/shower - you can relax and enjoy your stay in NYC in a spacious and sunny home away from home. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessary pots and pans and even a coffee maker for the morning. Guests have access to basic cable and free wifi during their stay. The neighborhood has some great corner places and bodegas and even a 10 block park just steps away from the front door. I'll provide all linens for your stay too!
Laundromat is literally 500 ft from building so if you're staying a little longer you have options for doing your own laundry. If you need to park a car there is street parking available and usually easy to find (and its free!!! with no meters though you do have to watch those notorious NYC signs for street cleaning) - but trust me with the subway a block away you don't need a car for this to be your homebase. Its only 3 stops to 59th street/Columbus Circle on the D line. Spacious and comfortable with lots of amenities - I look forward to welcoming you to NYC.
Guests have access to the entire apartment.
I generally meet guests for arrival to collect taxes, show you the apartment and go over the house rules. I'm reachable to email or text if you should have any issues.
The neighborhood is amazing. Harlem is a historically black neighborhood with people who have lived there for decades. You'll find the neighborhood friendly with folks who sit on their stoop and always offer a passing hello.
The apartment is located just 1 block from a subway station on the B/D line or 9 blocks away from an A/B/C/D station. You'll find it easy to get places.

Great apartment! Had a lovely stay in Harlem.
We are very satisfied with our stay at Erin's apartment. The place is comfy and cozy, very close to public transport, in a very quiet part of the city. We had a great and problem free time during our stay.
Thank you Erin for being such a great host!
Nous avons passes un très agréable séjour dans cet appartement. Proche de toutes commodités (métro, supermarchés...). L'appartement est calme, lumineux, propre, tout confort, on s'y sent comme chez soi très rapidement.
We had a nice stay at Erin's place
It's cozy flat just as you saw in Picture.
Erin left enough infomation such as where is Metro Station, where is Supermarket, how to use the facilities in the flat, etc. although we met each other in front of the gate when we check-out.
"Gas" affair do not bother us so much, on the contrary, it let us to know more about local life and local people.
Thanks for everything.
Happy Spring Festival!
My fiance and I had a great stay here. The apartment was clean, check-in was easy, and Erin responded very quickly to my messages. The subway is very close and easy to access. Overall a great place!
Great apt, clean, modern and pretty. Erin great host and honest would love to stay there again on my next visit.
Erin is a very good host: she always gave fast reply to our queries, trying to match our needs.
The apartment is really fully equipped and it appears as new.
This apartment is feaseable for families with children as our.
Erin was the perfect host.
She answered all my questions in advance very quickly and organised everything wonderfully though we arrived late.
The appartement is exactly like seen on the pictures - large, cosy, clean. It prepares you with everything you need and is located in a safe neighbourhoud next to the subway station 155 st. It takes you just about 20 minutes to get to downtown Manhattan.
I'd totally come back! Thumbs up for Erin!
great arrangements for arrival. showed us where things were and useful instructions for what was nearby etc. very organised and very good value.
The neighbourhood can feel a little intimidating if on your own or ifarriving from the subway at night, but if with others then this is fine.
