The apartment is located in Panorama Building, at 02 Nguyen Thi Minh Khai, Loc Tho Ward, opposite Nha Trang Beach and 2/4 Square.

The building has 40 floors, is a complex of hotels and serviced apartments.
The advantages of the apartment are its central location, luxurious furniture, beautiful views and free swimming pool and gym. The downside is that the price is higher than the general market, the rooms are all studio style so there is no separate space, the kitchenette limits cooking and there is almost no washing machine.
