About this listing
This room is about 151 ft2 or 14 m2 and has two single beds that can be pushed together to form a double sleeping arrangement and an extra mattress can be arranged upon request for a third guest.
The room can be rented out as one separate room or together with 2 other rooms in a large rooftop apartment if you have a larger group. please see "The Suite" + "The Loft" under my other listing for price and availability.
THE ROOFTOP APARTMENT is located in NoAss, the area north of the Assistens Cemetery, resting place of our grand author H.C. Andersen and a central spot on Nørrebro in Copenhagen.
THE AREA is the new center of coolness in Copenhagen offering urban farming in the park. Just outside the door you also find Michelin restaurants, world champion baristas, authentic craftmakers in shoe and ceramics on the hip Jægersborgsgade which is a non profit shopping street.
The shared apartment is newly renovated with floor heating, high speed wifi, dishwasher, cleaning lady etc.
There are 2 bikes included with the booking for free disposal if you want to try to transport yourself around like other Copenhageners. It might be scary at first but it´s a fun experience and you will quickly learn.

Interaction with Guests
I am traveling a lot myself, but most likely I will be around for your convenience and take care of you. I respect your privacy, but if you need anything let me know. Sometimes I cook for you, sometimes we go get a coffee or take you on a boat trip in the harbor. sometimes I don't see you at all. Every guest is a new experience, so its all up to you what you wanna make of it.

Just outside the door you also find Michelin restaurants, world champion baristas, Mikkeler Beer Bar, authentic craftmakers in shoe and ceramics on the hip Jægersborgsgade which is a non profil shopping street. TAXA cafe on right on the corner serves delicious food all day long
PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION in Copenhagen is among the worlds best as the city has a always had a very green profile, making it very hard and expensive for you to drive a car. So Bus+Metro runs every 5-7 minutes and gets you everywhere.
Airbnb is built on trust and is the reason I welcome you into my home in the first place, because I trust you! The bedroom doors do not have locks, so please find in it in you to trust the other guests, just as they will trust you and I will trust you.
Trust is the key to peace in the world and it starts with us being a part of Airbnb. A global network of trusting each other to open their homes. A beautiful thing if you think about it.
All in all, we were satisfied. The apartment is in an interesting area, you find everything you need near by. Communication with Rasmus worked very well, check-in and -out were uncomplicated.
There were just 4 instead of 8 bikes that were ok, but we couldn't change the seat height, so we couldn't use them.
In addition we had just a little night lamp in our room which was a problem. Because 5 rooms are rented, the bathroom and kitchen can be rather dirty. The "mattress" for the third person is no real mattress. I think, the price is a bit to high (in comparison to e.g. Oslo and Stockholm where we were staying before)
Our stay in Kopenhagen was good but Rasmus don't live in the Apartment and we saw him only one time. It was nice to come to see us but too short. We find this sad because for us airb&b is to meet people from other countries. In the Apartment there were too many people: one bathroom for 7 people that's not enough.
Nice room in a hostel like apartment. Perfect location with good restaurants, cafees and pubs near by☺
We enjoyed Rasmus' apartment. We did not get to meet him but I liked the way he was trusting his guests to take care of his home. The room was more than enough for our stay! The location was a bit too far to walk downtown, but if you rent bikes it wouldn't be a problem. The apartment is also on the top floor and there isn't an elevator. Tiring, but we had backpacks so it wasn't too bad!Other guests stay in the apartment as well there are at least 3 other rooms I think. I didn't mind it at all and everyone seemed nice and respectful! Overall I would recommend his apartment to anyone looking for something budget friendly in Copenhagen!
We had a pleasant stay here although the listing does not accurately describe this airbnb. The apartment is more of a hostel and there was no curtains in the room. However all in all, a good stay and Rasmus was helpful and friendly.
