situated in an authentic, popular, multicultural area of Rome, off the beaten track of the touristic city. here you'll find a different soul of the eternal city. close to the well known area of Pigneto.

not so far and well connected tthere's the historical and monumental Rome. you can reach the city centre in about 20 min, like to Termini central station by tramway, or reach the metro A in a couple of bus stops,
bus stop at short walking distance from home.

Pigneto offers lively nights out. the atmosphere is arty and busy, plenty of bars and clubs, entertainments, cinema, restaurants on the pedestrian area and great local market in the morning.
you' ll enjoy aperitivo time in Pigneto!
you can cycle or get there by tram in 10 min.
the flat is just next to a park with roman ruins.
close to all shops and services.

  • The whole experience was very nice, the apartment is as it looks in the photos and is good value for money. The kitchen is well equipt and there's plenty of staple food thins for you to use when cooking. The bed isn't the most comfortable but it suited us for the short period. it's easy to get to and from central rome. Rosa's instructions from the airport were okay but print off a map, the bus 409 from the underground goes only in the direction of the flat so it's very simple from there. Pigneto is great and lively, I really enjoyed staying in the area as it was outside the main touristy stuff.

  • The host was responsive, and we enjoyed being only a train+bus ride out of Rome. We did wish it was a little closer to Rome, and we wish there were a few more restaurants and amenities nearby, but the area was lovely. And the wifi was great!

  • Our stay at Rosa's was good. She provided us with detailed directions on how to find the apartment, which in turn was very spacious and had good facilities. The apartment was clean and tidy and she arranged for a friend to let us in at a time convenient for us, which was much appreciated! The apartment is located close to a bus stop which takes you directly to the tram or metro. The only downside I would say is the the bed was a bit uncomfortable for two people. Overall a good experience and I would definitely recommend!

  • Rosa's flat is surprisingly large, with a common area/kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. The location is a bit far from the city center - about 25/30 minutes via public transportation - but her place is right by a bus stop. One of Rosa's neighbor, Livio, helped us get checked in to the place because Rosa was out of town and he was very nice and helpful.

Overall the flat was just what we needed. The only problem we had was the power going out one night, but Livio was responsive and helped us solved the problem.

  • We want to thank Rosa for hospitality and for tenderness, when our flight was canceled. Although we came very late, we have been met and settled in the apartments. The flat is extremely clean, cosy, light, it has absolutely everything necessary for comfortable living. The location is also very good - the underground and the bus stop, the park, the supermarkets and other shops are very close. We had an unforgettable holiday! Grazie mille, Rosa!

  • Lovely apartment 5 minutes by bus from metro station, and to the city center it takes you 15 minutes by metro. While making reservation Rosa replied quickly. Livio -the guy who met us at the apartment was really nice, always responded to our messages not only about the apartment, but also explained how to get taxi to go to the aeroport(which is really close from the area -chiampino). We feel comfortable to stay at the place.

  • We had a nice stay in Rome and Rosa's flat is gorgeous. Huge open floor plan, tall ceilings and tons of light were wonderful for 2. It is beautifully decorated filled with all the amenities of home. Very comfortable stay except the futon hurt our backs after 3-4 nights. The upstairs neighbors have young kids who love to jump up and down late at night, so expect some light noise :) We didn't meet Rosa and we were a little disappointed in her lack of communication/planning but we met Livio the manager who was kind and gave us keys. He even came back to supply us with fresh towels and toilet paper when we needed it. Also be aware when you arrive you have to sign a contract. Overall, it was a nice stay.

happy you enjoyed the flat and sorry for the child upstairs..
sorry for the little misunderstanding, sometimes it can happen.
I don't know what happened to my keys, cause you lost them.
about the communication, I'd just say you told me your time of arrival quiete late, after many requests.
    thanks a lot
