This beautiful waterfront home located in the resort village of B-Say-Tah on Echo Lake in the Qu'Appelle Valley, sits on an acre of property, a 5 minute drive from Fort Qu'Appelle, Saskatchewan. This 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom bungalow comes with all the luxuries of a new home.

The space
We are located on a small point on Echo Lake, one of the four Fishing Lakes. The waters in front of the property is reputedly a great perch hole as evidenced by fishermen and geese who congregate here.

There are travel brochures to inform you of things to do and see in area, the recreational playground of Southern Saskatchewan. You are on a quiet cul de sac with combination of year round and seasonal residents. With exception of weekends which brings power boats and seadoos, the lake is very quiet.
