The Space

This modern apartment is strategically located in Liberty Village in downtown Toronto. It is within walking distance to the ever fashionable Queen West, Dundas West, and Ossington where you can find some of the best coffee, restaurants, shopping, and art, within three blocks of the apartment. It is also close to Entertainment and Financial District, Harbourfront, Eaton Centre, and Metro Convention Centre. The streetcar and bus stops are right in front of the apartment building providing easy access to wherever your destination is.

It is also surrounded with everything that you need. There are LCBO, Wine Rack, Shoppers Drug Mart, 24 hour Goodlife and 24 hour Metro grocery store a few blocks down. Not to mention that there's Starbucks right in front of the apartment for those who can't live without their coffee.

I am looking to rent to people who can appreciate that this is my home and understand that it is in an area surrounded by neighbours. So this would mean some common sense on things such as no wild parties or being overly noisy. I also ask that you simply respect the place and try to keep it clean as possible and not damage anything.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Use of the loft is exclusively for the guests making up the reservation. The unit is for accommodation, not for the hosting of events or parties of any kind. Violation of this policy will result in the loss of security deposit, additional financial penalties from Airbnb, and potential legal action.

  • Dave's apartment was in line with my expectations, and good value for the price (have you tried to book a hotel downtown TO?!?). I texted Dave a few times with questions on the local area, and he answered quickly with very helpful suggestions. Good place, good host.

  • Dave's apartment was perfect for us. We were in TO for meetings and tacked on a weekend. The apartment is very central and easy to get to from the Gardener Expressway and/or the Lakeshore. Also just steps to the King street car, or the Ossington bus which gets you to the Bloor subway line quickly. We parked our car and walked, or took transit/uber the whole time.

    The apt is spacious, with a great little kitchen and comfortable bedroom. Very clean and well stocked for travellers. The water pressure is awesome! The building is new, and clean. Dave graciously organized guest parking which was great.

    Starbucks is downstairs, and the apt is walking distance to our fave TO restaurants, parks, and shops on Queen and King Streets West. We would easily recommend it to friends and would stay again.

  • Check in was very easy and Dave was accommodating. His apartment was perfect for us. The location was ideal, especially with the bus right outside. We felt very safe with the secured door entry and security at the front desk. Thanks Dave!

  • Although I never actually met Dave in person, he was a great host! The place was easy to check-in to and is situated in a great location- really easy to access Queen West to go shopping which I loved. The place itself was great for our weekend away, an awesome home base when we came home after a long day exploring Toronto. Dave was easy to get ahold of when any questions arose as well- I'd definitely recommend staying him on your trip to Toronto!

  • Dave's apartment was great. Nice location, streetcar stop right in front of the house. The apartment looked exactly as advertised, was clean, and quiet. Dave was very helpful throughout the stay. Love Toronto.

  • In a word perfect. Everything that we could want and more. Spotlessly clean apartment near public transport, only $47 + tip taxi ride from the airport.Ideal base to explore Toronto
    Dave was very helpful and always available to answer questions.

  • We had a fantastic stay in Dave's great apartment. It looks exactly as the photos suggest, is clean, comfortable and in a terrific location. The bed is comfy, the shower is powerful and the balcony is a great place for a quick drink before heading out.
    Dave was super-helpful throughout. Communication was swift and friendly and he even let us leave our luggage in his apartment after we'd checked out. A lovely man and a lovely apartment. We'd stay here again in a flash.

  • We had an excellent time in Toronto thanks to Dave's comfortable and extremely well-placed apartment. His location was walking distance from everything we wanted in the city, and right near the streetcar for everything else. The apartment was fashionable, properly equipped, and adequately clean. There was nothing we needed to ask for during our stay. We'll be back next time!

Since then, I have been working as a marketing professional in Toronto. Brunch is my favourite meal of the day. I am absolutely lucky that Toronto has a really good brunch spots. Otherwise, not sure how I'd survive. Coffee and fashion are also two addictions of mine. I always try local coffee beans when I'm traveling. Fashion-wise - thank god, men's fashion is getting better by the day. I am also an avid spinner and kickboxer (wannabe, at least). I enjoy dynamic circuit training and the challenges that it brings.
