+”The warmest shower you’ve had in a long time” (customer review)
-Our parking is limited. Please let us know if you are bringing your car, we’ll make our best to get you a spot.
-One of our rooms has no A/C, just a fan. Let us know if you need air conditioning.
-Sharing only one bathroom and kitchen (although this has really never been an issue in the past,).
TO CONSIDER BEFORE BOOKING:
-As you can see from our price, we are trying to be an affordable option to the crazy rates of Boston hotels. We will provide with all the basics for your stay, but unfortunately we are not a hotel or an expensive condo. We really put ourselves into making the rooms as pretty as possible, but by no means we can provide a five-star service. This is a room ideally for people who just need a place to sleep in, for those that need something close to the airport or downtown Boston, or those who are after saving some bucks in exchange for a more basic room.
-Our place is really close to the subway, therefore you can slightly hear the train pass every 15 minutes or so. Please consider this if you are a light-sleeper or someone that prefers extremely quiet places.
-For health purposes, we ask all of our guests to bring their own shower towel and flippers.
-We are limited to one of each of our common areas: One bathroom and one kitchen. Although we have never had complaints about this before, the possibility of having to wait to use either exists if we are fully booked.
-Take a few minutes to check out our reviews, they are really helpful (;

If you a traveler without enough budget, this house will be an option for you to stay in Boston for a short period of time. Don't expect too much from this house, it is not a hotel.
It is very nearby T station (~ 1 mins walking), but it still needs some time (~half hour) to get to downtown. The shower is terrible, water splits out on the top of it, seems like the shower will be broken soon. The wifi connection is slow, uploading a few photos seems take me eternity. It maybe because there are quite a lot of people live in the house.
I enjoyed my stay at My House Inn. The room was small, but clean and fit my needs perfectly. The on-site manager was very polite, greeted me upon entry, and showed me around. The location is great as well, less than a 1 minute walk to the blue line. I would stay here again if needed and would recommend it to those looking for a simple, inexpensive place to stay. Thank you!
Exactly as described. It's basically just a bed and a desk, but it's very close to the T, and this setup suited my situation perfectly. I had no problems and Rex is a very nice guy, very professional. I would stay here again. Thanks!
The place was great. We had 3 people in one room and Rex was able to put an extra cot in for us. The house was clean and the internet was accessible. Rex was good in answering emails and keeping in touch. He was also good in giving us detailed instructions for our check in.
The Wonderland station is close enough to walk to and it was easy to hail a cab from the street if we needed one.
All in all, we had a satisfactory experience.

I have been running this bed and breakfast for almost two years now, and I love it! It is always great to hear the various stories that our guests from all over the world have. My place is offering you the basics you need for lodging, this is not intended to be very fancy-- just a convenient place to sleep over and stay. It will be my pleasure to host you. Looking forward to your stay!
