Overall Guest Satisfaction

Check In
  • Jeremy provided detailed information to enter the loft and made himself available for questions. The loft was clean, but a little more "lived in" than the pictures portray. A great location for guests looking for a space close to the stadiums.

The drawback...we expected the late night noise that comes along with being in the heart of the city but were not prepared for the noise from the neighboring lofts. There was loud music into the early hours of the morning, and bantering from the loft above until 5am, followed by what sounded like vacuuming. While the large windows were beautiful they let a lot of light in at night. If you're not a heavy sleeper, we would recommend a sleep mask and earplugs when staying at Jeremy's.

  • We had a most excellent visit to Seattle. Jeremy responded to every request we had. I'm especially appreciative he took time out of his day once we landed to walk us through getting to the apartment. The instructions were detailed and everything went off without a hitch. I just need to move to Seattle.

  • It was pretty easy to check-in and Jeremy was very responsive whenever I texted him with questions. He was also very flexible with my check-in time (I was delayed by a rare northwest snow storm).

The apartment had a nice big bathroom and kitchen. It's centrally located, which is really convenient, but it's a little on the noisy side at night (a normal trade-off in the city).

  • It's a great place. Located at the heart of Pioneer Square, the historic district now full of cafés, restaurants, galleries, etc...
The light train station is really near so it's super easy to get here from the airport.
Everything was just like the pictures: comfortable, clean, spacious and luminous. Jeremy is really responsible with his guests. Jeremy’s sunny loft was a great choice.

  • Jeremy is very friendly and suggested plenty of great places to eat. He's quite experienced in AirBnB, so he was easy to work with.

I was a bit startled by the homeless at night in the area when I first arrived, but as they became commonplace throughout a lot of Seattle, it wasn't a big a deal by the second night. The place is a little different from the pictures, with a lot more industrial "junk/art" around, but I thought it added a great touch (old ropes, hard drives, a bike, cooking equipment, plants). More industrial than chic as in the pictures, but I had a great time and the place is just as good. The 10 foot windows that open were pretty awesome, especially if it's a nice day out.

  • best location
    everything is walkable
    cozy studio and building

there's only 2 hour metered parking and paid parking lots around so that will take some care

even so, we'd take this spot again when visiting seattle for sure

  • I came into Seattle for a training. The loft was nice, comfortable and in a convenient area. Jeremy was easy to get in contact with and I really appreciated his flexibility in check out time! My only drawback was that at night those big, beautiful windows let too much light into the room when I was trying to fall asleep. Otherwise it was the perfect experience.

  • This place worked perfectly for us on our random adventure to Seattle!

We were close to the light rail which made it a quick and easy trip from the airport. The location is also a nice little walk to and from downtown. Jeremy was flexible on check-in times and even made suggestions for places to eat on our late arrival into the city. The place itself had a lot of character with its very large windows, brick wall and exposed beams. The stocked kitchen, wi/fi, wall heater, laundry, fresh white towels were also a great touch. The bed was very large and roomy. The only suggestion I would make is so be aware at night as there are a lot of wandering homeless that do confront you, but my partner and I were fine. The building felt very safe and secure. Other than that, the area has a lot of character and I loved all the older brick buildings in Pioneer Square, with lush green vines growing up the sides. Beautiful area, gorgeous city.

Zeitgeist coffee down the block has a great vibe, and there were a few bars and other places to eat close by that we didn't have time to check out but seemed pretty busy.

Thanks Jeremy for sharing your place, we would definitely recommend this place to our friends.

  • Great location. Parking is convenient and easy. Full disclosure; we were here on a non Hawks, Huskies or Sounders weekend. Parking could be much more difficult on a game weekend. The loft itself is not huge, but very airy and comfortable. I would certainly consider this as an option the next time I am headed to Seattle. Jeremy was a great and accommodating host. He was super easy to work with.

  • I was worried because a friend said parts of Pioneer Square were rough, but I felt completely safe walking around during my stay (and I stayed out pretty late). It's a nice walk to the pier, Pike Place Market, and downtown, and Jeremy's very helpful with suggestions if you run out of things to do.

The loft itself had a lot of character, and Jeremy puts a lot of thought into the space. The bathroom was stocked with plenty of towels and toiletries, and the apartment was well-kept. I especially liked all the succulents and the big windows.
