True loft space with tons of light (rare for Seattle) located in the heart of the oldest neighborhood in the city. Accommodation for up to 6 right in the middle of everything: two blocks from the water, stadiums, or transit to anywhere.
Open floorplan on the top floor of a historic building (originally UPS first headquarters!) with 14 foot ceilings, gleaming hardwood floors, exposed brick / beams, wall of operable windows, excellent wifi, well sorted kitchen,
Furnished with organic (!!) King bed and a bit of industrial style. Two Queen air mattresses also available.
Many excellent cafés, restaurants, and bars nearby; situated in the middle of everything.
Interaction with Guests
IMPORTANT NOTE: Please send me a message first to confirm availability before making a reservation request. I generally have to check in with my partner as to our schedule and availability.
Pioneer Square is a historic and creative commercial district that offers visitors the widest variety of entertainment and commercial options in Seattle because artists, sports teams, restaurants, entertainment venues and one-of-a-kind retailers have chosen Pioneer Square as their home.

Couldn't get any closer to CentryLink field for catching Seahawks / Sounders games, about a 60 second walk.
The space is about 5 minutes walk from King Street Station, Pioneer Sq. tunnel station, and major metro hubs (with lines to Capitol Hill and beyond), the bus / light rail tunnels leading to SeaTac Airport station (about 45m from station - station).
Other Things to Note
There are a multitude of parking options around: street parking in front of the building is free between 6P - 8A and all day Sunday, and for other times I'd recommend the stadium lots 2 blocks south.
During Seahawks games this all changes and parking becomes incredibly difficult as ~67,000 people flood the area. If you're coming into town with a vehicle let me know and I'll provide you some options.
I'll do everything I can to make your stay comfortable, and I hope that you'll return the courtesy.
MOST IMPORTANT: Please be very careful near the sound system. One guest has caused some damage and I'd hate to begin requiring a deposit.
Also, the finish on the hardwoods is not so great, so avoid walking around in your dress heels / boots.
I'd prefer that meats not be cooked in my kitchen, but if you must then please ensure that the pans are cleaned and the countertop / island is sanitized.
Great spot to stay! Jeremy has quite the pad. I told my wife, "I feel like this is an apartment that you could shoot a cool music video in." It definitely has a lot more character now than in the pictures, in a good way. Jeremy was responsive and on site when we arrived.
Some people noted the homeless population and I say they just need to chill. This is a big city. There will be homeless and they are totally harmless so don't let that turn you away from this sweet spot.
It is a tad noisy so, but like I said, it's a city so just use the handy ear plugs provided and you'll sleep like a baby.
Well stocked, clean and overall, a lovely place to getaway!
First time I used AirBnB and it was a great experience. Jeremy made the whole stay very easy and I would not hesitate to rent from him again at some point in the future.
Jeremy's loft was great! Great location less than 5 minutes from the light rail station. Plenty of car2go's in the area and very close to a zipcar lot. Just below the building were a few bars and restaurants and two great coffee shops. Jeremy was flexible with our arrival and departure times and even left us a bottle of New Years champagne :). After we arrived he was sure to make sure we had everything we needed and was very clear about being available if anything came up.
The bed was absolutely the best part of our stay - so huge and so incredibly comfortable. The amount of light was the second best thing, it was unseasonably clear and sunny for winter in seattle and because he is on the top floor we woke up every morning to a view of uninstructed blue sky pouring in the huge windows :)
The space is not exactly how it appears in the photos as there is a bit more stored in the apartment but still plenty of room as it is a large space. Though it was very clear it was also record low temps so we were a little bundled up in the space because those big beautiful windows we loved so much did not keep the heat in that well.
All in all it was a great find for us over New Year's Eve and would recommend his loft to anyone visiting the city!
Thanks for everything Jeremy!!
We are a couple from Portland, OR that decided to spend a weekend in neighbor city. This was our first experience with Airbnb and we were pleasantly surprised how convenient it is. We got to Seattle by bus, so it was very important for us to stay in downtown. We were so happy to find Jeremy's apartment which is close to all the main sightseeing. Jeremy was so nice with providing flexibility on check-in/check-out time. We didn't have chance to see Jeremy in person as all the communication was via texting, but judging by the messages he is a very nice and friendly guy :-) Apartment had an urban look - modern and unique. We have a similar loft in Portland so we felt like at home, but for some people it might be unusual. Not going to lie, there are many homeless people in this area, but this is what you expect to see in Chinatown/Bus station districts of many cities. We will definitely be glad to stay at this place once again!
Jeremy is very very friendly, considerate, patient and helpful. Before we came, he was very timely in communicating us us and send us detailed direction and instruction about checking in. There were 5 people in total to travel. My friends and the rest of us four arrived at different time and he was texting us to see whether we arrived yet and needed any help. Because of renting car at the airport, we arrived at his apartment very late at around 1:30am but he was still on phone texting with us to make sure everything was fine. Even on Christmas Eve, he was still texting to us to see whether we need anything.
There are indeed some concerns which are also mentioned in other comments regarding neighborhood. But Jeremy communicated with us about this and ensured about the safety.
Jeremy was such an incredible host, we flew stand by so our arrival time was a little loose, but he was very accepting and was so sweet when we kind of showed up way sooner then expected. He was very attentive throughout our stay, answering all of our questions quickly and concisely. I am so thankful to him for letting us use his beautiful space as our home away from home for the weekend. The location is absolutely perfect if you want to be close to all aspects of Seattle. To address previous comments, there is noise from outside that can be heard. That being said, it in no way affected our stay, and was only heard by us when we were awake, we lost no sleep at all over it, and I am considered a very light sleeper. It did not bother us at all seeing as how it is to be expected staying in a city setting and people are out enjoying their evenings. The space has such lovely lighting, even on a rainy day, given off by the giant pituresque windows. Jeremy left us fresh fruit, that he was kind enough to let is partake in, and it was delicious! The space was very clean, and so wonderfully decorated. If you'd like a really homey environment, with close access to all that seattle has to offer, I cannot recommend this place enough! Thanks again Jermey. We are sos looking foward to staying in your lovely home when we are in Seattle again, if you'll have us!
Jeremy was easy to get a hold of and provides clear instructions. Checking in and out was easy.
The location of his place in Pioneer Square is perfect for Seahawk games and getting downtown. It is important to note that there is a big homeless population in this area. After dark, walking can be a little precarious. Also, there is much noise after dark in the area-ear plugs are provided on the nightstand.
The place itself is a cool concept. It is an old loft setup. It is definitely different from the provided pictures. All the amenities are provided, which is nice. A couple negatives. Something in the fridge was spoiled, and every time we opened it, the place would smell for a bit. Nats are common due to the amount of plants within the loft. The heater does not work the best.
If going to a Seahawk game again, would potentially stay again. If I was doing anything else, would probably find another place.
