Interaction with Guests
IMPORTANT NOTE: Please send me a message first to confirm availability before making a reservation request. I generally have to check in with my partner as to our schedule and availability.
Pioneer Square is a historic and creative commercial district that offers visitors the widest variety of entertainment and commercial options in Seattle because artists, sports teams, restaurants, entertainment venues and one-of-a-kind retailers have chosen Pioneer Square as their home.

Couldn't get any closer to CentryLink field for catching Seahawks / Sounders games, about a 60 second walk.
The space is about 5 minutes walk from King Street Station, Pioneer Sq. tunnel station, and major metro hubs (with lines to Capitol Hill and beyond), the bus / light rail tunnels leading to SeaTac Airport station (about 45m from station - station).
Other Things to Note
There are a multitude of parking options around: street parking in front of the building is free between 6P - 8A and all day Sunday, and for other times I'd recommend the stadium lots 2 blocks south.
During Seahawks games this all changes and parking becomes incredibly difficult as ~67,000 people flood the area. If you're coming into town with a vehicle let me know and I'll provide you some options.
I'll do everything I can to make your stay comfortable, and I hope that you'll return the courtesy.
MOST IMPORTANT: Please be very careful near the sound system. One guest has caused some damage and I'd hate to begin requiring a deposit.
Also, the finish on the hardwoods is not so great, so avoid walking around in your dress heels / boots.
I'd prefer that meats not be cooked in my kitchen, but if you must then please ensure that the pans are cleaned and the countertop / island is sanitized.
Jeremy was a great host of myself and my five friends. The apartment was in an ideal location - it was very accessible via the light rail from the airport, and right in Pioneer Square - a short walk to the stadium area, and still walkable to the Pikes Market and Belltown.
The apartment was clean and well cared for. To be honest, we didn't cook anything substantial while we were there (our wedding party provided meals or we dined out), so I can't comment on the functionality of the appliances. The shower and bathroom functioned without complications, and the WiFi was fast enough for 6 smart phones at once. For the six of us, Jeremy provided one comfortable bed (as in photo) and two comfortable air mattresses, which we could easily lean against the wall when sleeping was done to open up the space more. The natural light coming in was terrific.
Jeremy himself is an awesome host. He ran to the store and bought pillows for my guests and I because he realized he didn't have enough. He was flexible with our arrival and departure, and was available via phone personally if an issues arose. On our first night, he recommended an awesome, inexpensive local restaurant for my arriving friends and I which was just what weary travelers needed.
A criticism of the apartment is that if bringing a car, it may be difficult to find overnight local parking. I didn't experience this, but the area looked very popular around night time. That being said, given the exceptional location and Uber, my friends and I were able to navigate Seattle, including to and from the airport and to/from Bainbridge Island one day, without challenge.
All in all, this is a great spot for people new to Seattle looking to explore the town. Jeremy is an awesome host, and it was a great home base for the 6 of us Seattle-novices. I would recommend this space extremely highly. Thanks Jeremy!
We just came back from a 4 day wkend! We had the best weather (High 70's-Low 80's) and Seattle reminds me so much of San Francisco! Lots of hills, awesome restaurants and a hippyish cool vibe.
Our stay was perfect for this amount of time and parking was really easy to find. We found parking right across the street every night and we didn't come back til at least 11pm each night. It's free parking Mon-Sat from 6pm-8am. Sundays are free all day. We decided to rent a car and I'm glad we did as we explored quite a bit in the 4 days we were there.
Loved Jeremy's loft-very rustic feel yet big and roomy. If you're a light sleeper like me, make sure to bring an eye mask and ear plugs. The windows as you can see in the picture are ginormous, it brings in lots of lights.
We walked to Pike's Market & to the Underground tour-- is a must do since it's only a 4 min walk to get to the tour. Very interesting tour! The stadium and additional parking is only a block away. Next door to the stay is a small enclosed Waterfall park but they closed at 3:45pm. Make sure to check it out. Great place for some pictures with the waterfalls and take a coffee break, resting your legs, etc...I love the feel of Pioneer Square-the oldest city in Seattle-lots of history to it.
Yes, there are quite a bit of homeless people in the area but you don't run into them and we felt safe every night coming back. We were never approached or harassed by any of them at all. Anyhow, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and LOVE LOVE SEATTLE!!! Definitely coming back! Thanks Jeremy for the hospitality and you live in a beautiful city!
Jermey's place was the icing on the cake for our fabulous seattle trip. We couldn't have asked for a better location. We were within walking distance of most sights and great proximity to restaurants and nightlife. The loft was clean and had all the amenities we needed. As if that wasn't enough, jermey gave great instructions on how to find the place and set expectations and was available several times throughout the trip to answer quick questions and give suggestions.
We took advice from previous travelers and brought earplugs and eye masks to combat the well lit apartment and busy street. We slept great.
Higley recommend staying at Jeremy's!
Staying at Jeremy's place was like staying at a dear friends home. Comfortable, with a nice aesthetic tone. The bed was amazing and incredibly comfortable. The neighborhood has a lot to offer and is very convenient to the ferry to Bainbridge Island. We very much enjoyed our time there.
We are absolutely grateful to Jeremy for letting us stay here! As first timers in the city, he was as friendly and helpful as a host gets. My girlfriend arrived on an earlier flight to Seattle, and Jeremy politely welcomed her into his apartment. He gave us a few recommendations and answered all the questions we had for him. Even when he was in London, Jeremy managed to make our stay WONDERFUL. Needless to say, we are going to be booking her again.
-Accessibility to the unit/building was easy
-HUGE king bed (and comfy, too!)
-Plenty of sun
Only con was that the apt was located near a homeless shelter. But even that isn't a deal breaker.
-Just plain great
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE BOOK THIS PLACE WHEN YOU ARE GIVEN THE CHANCE TO! Your stay here will make you never want to leave.
