The Isla Suite is a vibrant first-floor retreat in beautiful Charleston, crafted for an unforgettable friends’ group getaway. Positioned just steps from downtown’s premier cocktail bars, top-rated restaurants, and boutique shopping, this property places your group at the heart of the city’s lively scene. Three pristine beaches, perfect for group outings, are only a 15-minute drive away.
The outdoor areas are designed for group relaxation and fun. The inviting front porch is ideal for morning coffee or evening toasts, while the professionally turfed courtyard features a grill, pergola, dining table, and seating, creating a perfect backdrop for group barbecues or late-night chats.
Step inside to a tropical, modern interior tailored for group enjoyment. The kitchen, painted a soothing muted green, is fully equipped with sleek appliances and ample counter space, great for preparing shared meals or mixing cocktails. Off the kitchen, the living room features a table that seats four, ideal for intimate breakfasts or small group game nights. While you’ll likely be out exploring all Charleston has to offer, the spacious living room, with its luxurious leather sofa, is a great place to relax in the morning or unwind with group conversations in the evening.
The suite comfortably hosts up to eight friends across four thoughtfully designed bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a king bed and a cozy reading nook. The second king bedroom includes a desk for planning group adventures. The third bedroom offers a queen bed and additional workspace, while the fourth is a versatile bunk room. Each bedroom includes blackout curtains, small fans, and sound machines to ensure everyone wakes refreshed.
Two well-appointed bathrooms streamline group routines. One features a separate vanity and shower, ideal for shared prep time. The other includes a dual vanity, shower-tub combination, and a premium bidet-equipped toilet for added luxury. An in-unit washer and dryer allow your group to pack light and stay fresh.
The Isla Suite is the ultimate base for groups exploring Charleston’s historic charm, hitting downtown hotspots, or relaxing on nearby beaches. This dog-friendly property welcomes furry friends upon request.
P.S. While tailored for friends’ getaways, The Isla Suite is also well-suited for romantic couples’ retreats or family vacations, with amenities including a Pack+Play, bamboo dishes, and a highchair available.

You will have exclusive access to the entire first floor unit, providing you with a private and dedicated space during your stay. Additionally, please note that the courtyard and backyard are a shared space for all guests to enjoy.

NEED MORE SPACE?
We have 5 other units available. The upstairs unit is The Poppy Suite (3BD/1BA). Half a block away are two duplexes. The green duplex includes The Emerson Suite (top floor, 3BD/1BA, balcony) and The Charles Suite (first floor, 2BD/1BA). Next door, the white duplex has The Harper Suite (top floor, 3BD/1BA, large balcony) and The Victoria Suite (first floor, 3BD/2BA, large porch). These two properties share a large, professionally turfed backyard.
QUIET HOURS
This unit is on the first floor of a restored historic duplex. Although extensively renovated, occasional noise from above is possible. Sound machines are provided for your comfort. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am.
EVENTS
Access is restricted to guests on the reservation unless prior arrangements have been made.
NON-SMOKING
For the comfort of all guests, smoking anywhere on the property is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in a $250 fee.
PARKING
While all of our other units come with one included parking space, The Isla Suite does not have complimentary parking, as we converted the parking lot into a backyard space for our guests to relax. We do, however, have a tandem driveway a half block away that we offer our guests. Rental of this driveway is $20/night of your stay and holds two vehicles. If you're interested in this option, please reach out ASAP to check availability.
DOGS WELCOME
We welcome up to two pre-approved dogs with an $80 fee per dog. Dogs must be well-behaved and are not allowed on beds or uncovered furniture. You assume full responsibility for any damages.
CITY NOISES
Please note that due to the property's downtown location, you may occasionally hear typical city sounds, including traffic, construction, nearby neighbors, street activity, and emergency vehicles.
INCLEMENT WEATHER
Refunds are only issued for mandatory evacuations ordered by authorities. No refunds for weather-related travel delays from other states. We suggest purchasing travel insurance, especially during storm season. If power or internet issues arise due to storms, we will resolve them as quickly as possible but cannot offer refunds for such inconveniences.
