The space

I'm offering the 2nd bedroom in my large 2 bedroom apartment securely and quietly located 3 mins walk from the Earls Court Tube in the exclusive Earls Court Village.

Your bedroom is quietly situated at the rear of the apartment & has the full use of a shared bathroom with a large walk in rain shower.
A built in mirrored wardrobe runs the length of the bedroom wall offering substantial hanging space.

In the kitchen there is tea, coffee, sugar and milk at your disposal …

The tube links to and from Heathrow Airport (Piccadilly Line) And (District Line) for Victoria Station to and from Gatwick or Stansted Airports are 3 mins away from my apartment at the Earls Court tube station.

If you require a driver to collect you from any of the airports do let me know in advance and I can arrange this for you.

The neighborhood

Located in Zone 1 - Central London , Earls Court is a secure, quirky and diverse area with lots of character and great bars/pubs and multinational restaurants representing Thai, Filipino, Japanese, Chinese, Indian, French, Spanish, Italian and Lebanese cuisine to mention just a few …

The Victoria & Albert Museum
Natural History & Science Museum - only 10 min walking distance from the apartment

Harrods, which is 15 mins away as well as the famous Kings Road - 10 mins

Kensington Palace and Gardens are also well within walking distance - 10/15 mins as well as Hyde Park to name but a few of the great things nearby which London has to offer.

Getting around

Earls Court is blessed with excellent transport links.

The Earls Court tube station is a very short 3 minute walk directly from my front door.

Bus stops for both day and night buses are also no more than a 3 min walk from the apartment in either direction

If you require a reliable taxi service Addison Lee is the most reliable and best priced for journey's within central London and their app is available for download to your mobile from the app store.

Other things to note

Upon arriving in London it is best to purchase a fully refundable pay as you go OYSTER CARD from the ticket office of the UNDERGROUND/METRO/TUBE as this works out to be the most economic way to travel within central London on both the tube and buses, as well as the DLR (Docklands Light Railway)

It's simple really...

This is my home (not a hotel) which I am choosing to share with responsible, hygienic, clean living like-minded people so please kindly respect my home as you would hopefully expect yours to be

The kitchen is shared and available -NO FRYING please. I have issues with greasy residue so I live by a strict WASH AS YOU GO policy, common sense really as I am not your personal housekeeper and therforeI will not clean up your mess just as you are not expected to, nor will you ever need to clean up after me.

Please tidy up after using the kitchen and LEAVE THINGS AS AND WHERE YOU FIND THEM - Cutlery and crockery back in their respective homes. Clean the counter tops

If you're staying for a month or longer, you have the option of cleaning every second week like a regular flatmate, or paying an extra £60 a month for a cleaner.

Thanking you in advance for your understanding,

Besides all of that I'm really relaxed, outgoing, fun loving, accommodating, respectful and extremely easy to get along with and love meeting new people from around our planet ...

Safety features
Carbon monoxide detector
Smoke detector
1 night minimum stay
