Ashland offers 2 delicious breweries, not to mention many more throughout the Rogue Valley. The wine tasting is also a true indulgence, with a few wineries right in town, and several wineries between Ashland and up through the Applegate Valley (less than an hour's drive). Water sports are also abundant, with beautiful mountain lakes to relax or maybe running the Rogue River is more your speed. If you want to take in a surf session, getting to the coast is also a nice day trip, through redwood tree groves.

Nice location. Comfortable, clean, and pretty. We met Chris for just a moment, and she has well-behaved dogs! Enjoy!
I recently had the pleasure of being in Maggie's charming cottage with 2 friends. The three of us had plenty of room. Even the pull out couch was comfortable. Since we have favorite places to eat in Ashland, we could not take advantage of the well equipped and stocked kitchen. We loved the basket of lotions and potions in the bathroom. We even were treated to fresh tangerines. The location was great for us as we attended a workshop just up the street. We would stay again.
Close to the action, well appointed, We were completely satisfied.
We spent three nights at this great cottage. It's roomy and comfortable, easy walking distance to downtown. Amy and Chris are friendly and responsive hosts. A good choice for anyone visiting Ashland.
What a great place to stay! We loved walking into downtown to take in a couple of plays, (email hidden)-op, and explore town. We will definitely consider staying at Amy and Chris' place again!
The cottage was just perfect for our Ashland trip. It is an easy walk to and from the Shakespeare Festival.
Chris and Amy were terrific hosts and the cottage is well appointed and comfortable, even when it is cold and rainy outside.
Bed is comfortable and they were kind enough to leave some food and beverages in the fridge as well as coffee and tea.
We definitely will stay with them again.
I think it took us all of two minutes to fall in love with this cottage. And we were totally full of pizza from Kaleidoscope in Medford so it's not like we were dying from the drive down from Seattle. But we really did find exactly what we were looking for to make our stay just right. Roomy but cozy. We didn't need the car to do anything we wanted in Ashland all weekend! A comfortable bed, good lounging chairs, skylights that lit the kitchen naturally and were great for listening to the rain. As admitted techno-snobs, there really is only one thing we'd change: (email hidden) repeater. The strongest signal for two avid iPad users trying to deal with the OSF's video-heavy, website FAQ list turned out to be sitting on the toilet in the bathroom. Then again, it's not like that's a bad thing.... ;)
This cottage offers a cozy, comfortable bedroom, a spacious and stocked kitchen, and a comfortable setting--all in a great location within walking distance to almost everything. It's a great value.
Very clean and quiet space. The hosts were very pleasant and helpful. Would definitely recommend.
Peaceful, quiet, private, and a healthy, convenient walking distance to supermarket and downtown. Ashland is an easy walking town from this cottage. Hosts are gracious and respectful.
