The apartment is located in the luxurious Garden of Eden complex in Sveti Vlas. It has 8 outdoor pools, beautiful green spaces, and a sun-drenched beach. On the golden beach you will find a bar where you will enjoy delicious drinks from morning to dusk.

The space
The apartment consists of:
- a living room with a sofa bed
- bedroom with double bed
- a kitchenette with a fridge, oven, ceramic hob and Dolce Gusto coffee machine
- bathroom with bathtub
- balcony overlooking the pool and side view of the sea.

The apartment is located on the fourth floor of the KALINA building. Its undeniable advantage is its proximity to the swimming pool and an Italian restaurant.

Guest access
As part of your stay in the apartment, you will have FREE access to 8 outdoor swimming pools, sun loungers by the pools, a paradise garden where pomegranates, kiwis and persimmons grow.

You can use the SPA for a fee: indoor swimming pool, gym, massages, as well as a hairdresser and beautician. In addition, there is an extra charge for an inflatable castle for children, 3 restaurants and 3 bars.
