We are 500 meters from the Consulate General of the United States, 9 minutes from Expo Guadalajara (3.9 km) and 7 minutes from Guadalajara Cathedral

The space
The apartment is brand new and is located in the Colonias Tower with an elevator, king size bed, Smart TV, private bathroom with dressing room/closet.

Living room, dining room, half bathroom, equipped kitchen, utility room with washer/dryer for a fee in a common area located on the 5th floor of the tower.

Our accommodation has a super comfortable rate compared to other accommodations in the area with these features, as we put at your disposal the choice of whether or not to have the air conditioning service.

Electricity consumption is very high here and having air conditioning has become a luxury.

Fortunately, the weather in the city is very comfortable (30-35 C maximum between 12pm-04 pm in summer) and we put a fan at your disposal, which together with the beautiful balcony is usually enough.
