Renee was an amazing host! She was very welcoming and accommodating. Communication was great from the beginning of our stay when we had arrival delays due to weather, all the way until the end of our stay as we got into the cab that she called for us! We were always able to reach her through email, airbnb, and text.
Renee's apartment was clean, nice, comfortable and very cozy! We especially loved coming back to a warm home while it was -26 degrees outside. The apartment is a 5-7 minute walk from the subway, so it was easily accessible as well.
Everything about our stay was smooth. We'd definitely stay here again!
Thanks again, Renee!
Renee was very nice and held the door open for us upon arrival. There was a bit of a misunderstanding with the amount of guests I would be bringing but she was still very accommodating. There was a list rules on the front door and an overview of the neighborhood so that we could easily find our way around. The apartment has 2 flights of stairs and renne stays on the lower level. The heat is controlled by the host as there is no thermostat inside the unti but renee changed the temperature whenever we asked. All in all we enjoyed our stay and Renee's hospitality
Renée has been a very good host. Her suggestions helped me to understand how to get there and to find nice places to have food in her lovely neighbourhood as well as place to grocery shop. The house was clean and nice as described, even though a constant noise of water dropping inside the water tubes was a bit annoying. The personal experience was excellent: Renée was very helpful with the arrangement of the check in and check out and always very responsive to messages and mails. Recommended!
Renee was very responsive to our inquiries and to our requests when we were at the apartment. She is very pleasant.
The neighborhood is pretty and tree lined. It is a bit noisy at night. There are not very many restaurants or coffee shops nearby. However, there is a good grocery store, and all other necessities are nearby. It is really a residential area so not too much to do directly in the neighborhood. Great place to stay if you are visiting people nearby. A nice amount of space at a good price.
Renee was an amazing host with a beautiful flat. It was one of the cleanest apartments I've ever come across and the bed was an absolute luxury. I highly recommend staying here.
Renee was the best! She was always available when needed and accommodated to our needs. Close to the subway, it was great having a washer/dryer and apartment was clean!! That was the biggest priority for us. Great first air bnb experience. Thanks again Renee!
