The space
Scippo Creek is our family farm house newly renovated with spacious rooms and all new furnishings. 2700 sq ft
It is a working farm with a shared driveway and 2 residence on property, along with several barns. You can expect some noise around feeding time as our animals get excited. The train isn’t too close but you can hear them as they go by.
Please DO NOT ENTER ANY BARNS, ANIMAL ENCLOSURES, and or OPEN ANY GATES TO ANIMAL ENCLOSURES, Host has to be present for any animal contact or entering the barns, this is a working farm and there are some potentially dangers items in these areas, for liability purposes if you are located in these areas without host present your booking will be terminated immediately

Guest access
Spacious home with outside shelter house that has outdoor seating, fire pit, grill and nice large yard. Ample private parking.. No access to basement as it’s not equipped for guest. No hot tub which is shown in some photos but not listed in the amenities, No access to any barns on property.

Electric fence on some parts of property all labeled. The farm animals do get vocal at feeding time with excitement
This home is not new so we are under construction in some areas to make our guest stay more enjoyable. We have a Creek to the east and railroad tracks to the west along with a small airport (pickaway county airport)

Neighborhood highlights

We do have animals in the property, cows, horses, miniature cows, miniature horses, miniature fainting goats, miniature donkeys and free range chickens. They are well behaved and stay within there enclosures. We have a creek on one side of the property and on the other side a large field then train tracks. We also have a small air port 1/4 mile away. We are 5 minutes from town but still have the country setting.
