This completely restored boho-swank ‘77 Airstream is fully stocked and ready for an in-town “glamping” experience. Camp in style at our "mini city farm" located just minutes from downtown Winston Salem and 30 mins to Hanging Rock and Pilot Mountain state parks!

Note this property is not available for group gatherings or photography shoots.

The space
This all-original 31’ Airsteam Land Yacht has been updated and restored (2022) while keeping all of the vintage details and design in tact. Equipped with brand new AC/heat, water heater, flooring, and appliances makes this retro gem truly a “glamorous camper” (aka glamper).

Sleeping accommodations include a full size sleeper sofa and two twin beds including linens.

The full service kitchen features a propane range, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker as well as utensils, dishes, pots/pans, coffee/tea and few local beverages on us.

The full bath includes a shower/tub, sink, composting toilet, and linens.

The spacious living area includes a large folding dining table as well as a smaller flip up desk, built in AM/FM radio with speakers throughout the RV, board games, vintage reads and a front row view of our goats and chickens at the barn.

Enjoy the large pasture area that includes a Solo brand fire pit, Adirondack chairs, hammock, corn hole boards, and a picnic table. Frisbees, footballs, yoga mats, etc are all welcome!

Guest access
Airstream guests have a dedicated pasture area on the front side of the camper that includes a vast green space to spread out as well as several shade trees, a hammock, picnic table, Solo stove, Adirondack chairs, and corn hole boards available for use. Guests are welcome to spread out in this area but we ask that they do not wander around the other rentals (barn and tiny houses) or around our shop and home. Guests are welcome to visit the chickens and goats at their pens under the barn awning but not enter the stalls. (Note other guests may be inside the barn.)

Other things to note
This rental is located at the business site of Perch & Nest which is also a the location of a former dairy farm. Although we have a few farm pets, we are not an agricultural farm. Tiny houses are under construction during normal business hours. There is no WIFI in this area of our property but cell service is strong. Although quiet and scenic, wildlife and bugs may occur in this "off grid" setting. Ants etc will move in fast in warmer months if precautions aren't taken with the drains but we also have plant based sprays inside shall you need them. Airstreams tend to be warmer in the Summer and colder in the Winter than traditional homes even with heat/ac in use. Keep in mind this is a “camping” space and outdoor temps and forecasts should be considered before booking. The water heater is 6 gallons and provides hot water for dish/hand washing and quick “camping showers”. Please note we are not able to to host pets of any kind including service animals due to the nature of our property which includes some free roaming animals.
