The beauty here is end of road isolation. Fabulous 1 bedroom, 2 bath Casita on edge of National Forest. Just you and the view! Comfortably furnished you won't want to leave, but town, dining and shopping just 5 min, hiking even closer. Enjoy the infinity pool. The pool is shared with 2 guests from our Studio Airbnb on same property. Facing west, the best place to watch the sunset is from your private patio or the pool. Evening's a good time for hot tub and stargazing. Pool open 5/1 thru 10/31.

The space
This end of road location offers the most in privacy. Park in your covered carport and enter the Casita into the two story skylight foyer. But you won't notice that because as soon as you open the door you'll be awestruck by the commanding views. Enter into the beautifully furnished Great Room with 14' beamed ceiling and glass window walls. Here you'll find a fireplace, an entertainment center with Smart TV and an excellent surround-sound system. There's a bookcase wall unit with a double size Murphy bed. Off the great room is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, induction cook-top and convection oven/microwave. You'll have your choice of a Keurig or drip coffee maker. Off the foyer is a small hallway where you'll find the guest bath with stall shower opposite a laundry closet with a stacked washer/dryer. The end of hall Master Bedroom has patio doors that open to a private outdoor lounge area. Bedroom has an en-suite bath with tub/shower combo. Outdoors is the large wrap around deck with a dining area and gas grill. Stairs lead down to a private Hot Tub patio with views of the red rocks. Out the front door, stairs lead up to the infinity pool and deck with lounges for sunning and relaxing.

We are located in a sub-division with each house having approx. 2-1/2 acres bordering the National Forest. Because of the large parcels it is one of the few areas in Sedona that allow horses. Many of our neighbors have them. It is rural in feeling but really very close to town. Some of the best views in Sedona are right here!
