Should you be arriving at the apartment after 8pm or before 9am you must let us know at least 24 hours in advance. An out-of-hours check-in fee will be applied if your time of arrival is after 8pm or before 9am, £50 before and £100 after 11pm.

8. In order to ensure the best possible service and comfort during your stay with us, we would ask you to provide us with the following information:
a. Please advise us of your estimated time of arrival in London as well as at the apartment for the key collection at the time of booking.
b. Guest has to call our front desk team an hour prior to arrival at the apartment. Should we not have heard from you, or been able to contact you one hour after you were due to arrive, we will leave the apartment and await your call. This will incur a £30 charge during our Front Desk hours and may then delay us being able to get back to the apartment to give you the keys. If after the Front Desk hours you may not be able to gain access to your apartment.
This flat is owned & let by a company, not an individual, and it shows somewhat. Although Avri is listed as the host, in fact my emails to 'her' were answered by at least 3 other names. Whilst generally OK, this resulted in the responses feeling far less warm & personable, even though they were generally efficient.
The flat itself was reasonable. It's a good size and relatively quiet. The bed was good. Overall, the furnishings are beginning to show their age - which is typical for the modern, mass-produced furniture used - and being a corporately-managed rental, I felt that the attention to detail wasn't the same as that of a owner-let flat The level of equipment in the kitchen was also below what I'd expect. e.g. there were only a few forks & knives.
However in spite of that, overall, it was clean, reasonable and good value for money so if these things don't bother you, you'll be fine.
The place was great and central ..
The stuff was nice and help me with every thing I needed ..the only problem I had is trying to call and no one answer me ...I found a solution to my problem with out the agent calling me back so it was all fine in the end..i know that when my father is coming to visit I will choose this place for him.
Was very pleased with the apartment/flat and had a great experience overall. Having spent nearly 2 months there I appreciated the weekly cleaning service, the in apartment laundry and the quality of the apartment overall. The neighborhood surprised me, and I found myself appreciating it quite a bit (quick walk to borough market was great). However, I would strongly suggest getting in touch with House of Modern Living before arriving or you may end up wandering around London with luggage for quite some time (as I did) since you can not pickup keys at the apartment.
The apartment was brand new so very clean. Great location to London Bridge. We arrived and there wasn't any bedding for the 3 person so had to call up and request for this the following day this was rather frustrating. Apart from that the agency that looked after Arvis place were very helpful.
