Steps to boardwalk at end of peninsula surrounded by beach & bay. Steps till your feet touch the sand & walking distance to Belmont Park, rental shops, markets, cafes, bars/restaurants, and much more! 10-20 minutes to downtown Gaslamp, the convention center, Airport, Sea World & La Jolla.

Neighborhood highlights

Neighborhood is considered South Mission Beach. Located towards the middle/end of the peninsula, surrounded by water (beach on one side, bay on the other). Walking distance too every thing and anything you may need or want to do. Great surf right outside of your door, rental shop down the street where you will find surfboard, skateboard, wetsuit, bike, snorkeling all to rent!
Tons of shopping, cafes, bars, restaurants, markets, coffee, Famous Belmont Park, volleyball and basketball courts, all within a 5-10 minute walk along the boardwalk.
