Our cottage has three bedrooms, one bathroom, a large gathering space, separate dining area, and spacious kitchen with butcher block countertops. A covered side porch and large backyard with fire pit is available for your exclusive use.

Evans Town Park and beach is walking distance, perfect for families!

The space
The Little Blue Cottage on Grandview Bay was built in 1958 and boasts plenty of mid century charm. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, it has three bedrooms, one bath, and a large open concept living, dining, and kitchen area. A covered outdoor porch is available for your use, and a firepit with Adirondack chairs is located out back.

The cottage is located in a quiet, residential community right next to Lake Erie and Evans town Park. You will be able to walk from the house to the park which has access to the beach. There are several options nearby for grocery stores and many restaurants close to the lake and in the surrounding neighborhood.
