Joseph Villa is built on a slope of a mountain offering a majestic view over Kournas Lake and the sea. The mountains are reflected into the lake creating a beautiful picture and when the sun falls behind them the view becomes breathtaking... You can spend many relaxing afternoons at the lake strolling, swimming, riding a pedalo or just eating or drinking a coffee at one of the restaurants next to the lake. Georgioupolis - the starting point of a long, sandy beach - is 6km away.

The space
The 2000sq.m. garden of the villa is covered with colorful plants, olive trees and grass. Every part of the garden offers great view. The big, private pool has a children's area. There are sunbeds and parasols where you can relax enjoying the tranquility of the area and hearing the sounds of a rural village. There are two covered verandas both furnished with garden sets and offering sea/lake view. There is one more veranda facing the mountains.

Joseph Villa is a two floor building. The living area with the fireplace is furnished with a comfortable corner sofa and a traditional cretan sofa. An arch separates the kitchen and the dining set from the living area. On this floor there are also a twin bedroom and a bathroom. Wooden stairs lead at the first floor that consists of one twin bedroom, one double bedroom, a bathroom and two verandas.

Other things to note
A tourist tax (climate crisis resilience fee) of 15€ per night must be paid on arrival in cash.
