Welcome to your private lakefront paradise tucked at the back of Boomtown USA RV Resort, where comfort, charm, and relaxation come together for the perfect Texas escape. This spacious, family-friendly home offers your own private beach, icehouse, and spa-style hot tub, along with full access to resort amenities. Upon booking, we ask that you provide your email to send our resort waiver, rules & regulations.

This is the ultimate lakefront getaway- where everyday feels like vacation.

The space
Inside, you’ll find a master suite with a king bed, baby bed, and toddler bed, plus two additional queen bedrooms, a bunk room with four twins, and another bedroom with two twins. The upstairs media room is perfect for movie nights, and indoor/outdoor gas fireplaces add a cozy glow year-round.

The fully equipped kitchen, three washers and dryers, and fast Wi-Fi make long stays easy. Step outside to enjoy the grill, griddle, and firepit for family cookouts under the stars.

Your private icehouse and beach area include an outdoor shower, lounge area with barstools, outdoor kitchen with grill, smoker, sink, and ice machine, and a covered picnic area overlooking the water.

This home is pet-friendly, featuring a doggy door that leads to a fenced-in yard for your furry friends.

Guest access
Guests have full private access to the entire home, hot tub, icehouse, and private beach area during their stay. You’ll enjoy complete privacy in your own space, while also having access to all Boomtown USA RV Resort amenities, including the resort pool and hot tub, fully equipped gym, and game room with pool and poker tables.

You can come and go as you please with self check-in via smart lock, and there’s plenty of on-site parking for multiple vehicles, trailers, or boats.

The icehouse, beach, and fenced yard are yours alone — no shared areas — so you can relax and make yourself at home.

Whether you’re cooking at the outdoor kitchen, lounging by the firepit, or soaking in the spa hot tub under the stars, everything you need for a peaceful lakefront escape is right here waiting for you.

• Check-In / Check-Out:
Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. You’ll enjoy self check-in with a smart lock, so arrival is easy and contactless. You may contact me to see if early check in is available.
• Quiet Hours:
Please respect quiet hours from 10 PM – 8 AM out of courtesy to our resort guests and residents.
• Pet Policy:
We’re proud to be pet-friendly! A small doggy door leads to a secure fenced area, perfect for your furry friends. Please clean up after your pets and keep them off the furniture and out of the hot tub.
• Smoking:
No smoking indoors. Outdoor smoking is permitted away from doors and windows.
• Firepit & Safety:
The firepit is available for your enjoyment — please use safely and never leave fires unattended.
• Resort Access:
Guests have full use of all Boomtown USA RV Resort amenities, including the pool, gym, and game room. Your home, icehouse, and private beach area are completely private and not shared with other guests.
• Parking:
Ample parking is available on-site for multiple vehicles, boats, and trailers.
