The neighborhood is very quiet, peaceful, calm and luxurious. All roads lead to the sea. There is not much movement of cars (no traffic...) you are far from the crowd (the center of the marsa). Although you are very close to the city center, the area is totally detached and independent, no loud noises. Neighbors are extremely nice, respectful and warm.
