Air conditioned | private balcony | communal terrace | free wi-fi | central location
Hi there, my name is Michael.
I'm offering a private room with two single beds in a penthouse that has 3 bedrooms. (one of the other bedrooms is used by me and the other is used by two other guys)
As you can see from the photos, there's a large kitchen and dining area. A bathroom with shower. And a large terrace which are all shared. Then there's a small private balcony with views of Valletta which can be accessed only from your room.
The room is bright and spacious. With air-conditioning and free Wi-Fi.
It's on the 5th floor - there is an elevator.
It's perfectly located in the centre of Malta. Only 5 minutes away by bus to Valletta and Sliema, and about 8 minutes to St. Julians and Paceville. There are shops, groceries and bus-stops nearby.
It's ideal for students who are visiting Malta for the Summer.
Please don't hesitate to contact me if you need any help while planning your holiday.
The price shown is for two people. Special discounts for early bookings and long stays. Minimum stay is 7 nights.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Gozo. Michael and Raymond, the owner, were super friendly and helpful. The house was just as it looks in the pictures. There were some beginning of the season issues (water and grill) but Raymond was responsive and tried to make things right. I would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to friends!
Wonderful house. Beautiful village and location. Wish we had had more time.
Our walking group loved this accommodation! After having spent 4 nights in a cold villa in Malta we were pleased to find air conditioning units in the bedroom that could be used as heaters and an added bonus was that they were cheap to run.
The building is on a lovely street and with Gozo being so small you are close to any sights you want to see. We loved the fact the accommodation is on three levels and there is plenty of space. Free WiFi was a pleasant bonus as was the fact that owner had left bread, sugar and some basics for our arrival until we went shopping.
Did not use the outdoor pool but looked well maintained and can imagine great in summer. TV in lounge complete with DVD meant we could watch news over breakfast and films we had brought with us in evening.
House itself is impressive, built using local stone with quality furnishings. All group agreed that they preferred Gozo to Malta and I would urge anyone heading to Malta to make the effort to see Gozo too. If you are group or large family this accommodation would be perfect base.
We had a great time on Gozo and the accommodation was ideal. Michael and Jeffery were great hosts, I would recommend the farmhouse to anyone. The weather was not quite warm enough for us to make full use of the available facilities( to cold in February to use the pool, the indoor hot tube was used quite a bit)
My holidays were so fun, the house was great, Michael and Petrina welcomed us very well.
Gharb village situation was good to travel inside the island.
The accomodation is perfect for a big family, very quiet .
i'll be back in the future because malta people are so great
thanks a lot
A nice apartment as a base for our two weeks Gozo-stay; everyplace is reached within 20-30 minutes. Space for 6 and a roofterrace where we had our dinners under the stars. Close to bakery, fruitstore and supermarket in a quiet street. The washingmachine and the WIFI was a nice surprise. Our landlord was very helpful and we shure apperciated the breakfast that "was on the house" since we arrived late with no stores open. We´ve allready recomended the flat to friends.

We had a great time, the house and the pool is very nice. Michael and his family were very friendly and helpful and the neighbours are friendly as well. We would definitely recommend this house! Thank you Michael for a pleasant stay!
The stay at the Holiday House in Xewkija, Gozo was a pleasant stay for all of us. The house is beautiful, with a beautiful pool and a nice neighbourhood with friendly neighbours. Michael was as expected a great host, he waited for us long into the night, a nice little breakfast was pre bought and waiting for us, and the house was clean and nice for us to move in to. Gozo turned out to be one of those hidden pearls, without very much tourism, even though we were there in the "high season". It's way to much to see and experience for one week, so I definitely think we would like to return one day,
Thanks for the stay!
Michael and his family are wonderful! They are really helpful and nice. The house is amazing!!!
