Guest Access

We will provide guests with a key code the day of, or before your arrival. The key code is for the top lock box at the front door of the property.

Guests will have full access to the property during your stay. We have a few owners closets that are clearly locked. Please do not try to open these closets. We require (non-negotiable) that guests never wear shoes in our home. We do not wear ours and would appreciate that you do not either.

Interaction with Guests

We may meet you on the property upon your arrival to show you around and ensure you are comfortable. We are always available on the phone or email or text. I love texting and am VERY responsive to texting.

The Neighborhood

This is a quiet neighborhood. We offer a relaxing retreat. Please enjoy the bountiful relaxation in our retreat and take some stress out of the day, week or month. Neighbors are here to help with any questions and you are likely to see a chicken or two at our neighbors homes.

Please do not park in front of neighbors houses. Please park in driveway, in front of house only. Please advise if you will have more cars than can park in the space provided. (three / four cars)

Getting Around

Unfortunately the public transportation is not up to where I wish it was here on the coast. It is almost required to have a car to enjoy the Tree Tops. I hope this changes in the future. We have some bus access about 1 mile down our rather steep road.

Other Things to Note

Please - never have pets in the home, please no smoking on the property and please do not wear shoes in the home.

We have just replaced the carpeting in July 2014 and have new hardwood floors as of November 2014.
