THE AREA, PUBLIC TRANSPORT CONNECTIONS, SHOPS AND AMENITIES
Right in front of the house you can catch tram number 3, taking you directly and quickly to the Coliseum, Circo Massimo, Trastevere, Villa Borghese, the National Gallery of Modern Art, the zoo, the Pyramid, the vibrant San Lorenzo neighborhood and peaceful Aventino.
Close to Termini train station (two metro stations away) where the cheap and fast bus shuttles from and to the airports (Fiumicino and Ciampino) arrive and start.
Very close to metro station, line A (San Giovanni or Manzoni stations) taking you to Termini central station, Piazza Barberini, the Spanish Steps, Piazza del Popolo, San Peter's, the Vatican Museums, the huge parks of Caffarella and Aqueducts, Cinecittà.
A nice public garden is right across the street, beside the ancient Aurelian Walls (dating back to the III century!) you can view from your window.
The amazing Basilica of San Clemente (known as 'the lasagna church' because it reflects how Rome was built on layers), is reachable on foot and so is the astonishing Santo Stefano Rotondo Church, superancient and hiding a surprise.
All the basic shops and services are around the corner: snack bars, ATM, bakery, restaurants, pizzerias, self service restaurant, supermarket, delikatessen, pharmacy, tobacco store, newsstand (where you can get bus/metro tickets and cards), a small fruits&veg market in the morning, an all you can eat sushi restaurant and even a cheap vintage and second hand indoor market!
The big, famous and colorful Piazza Vittorio food market is reachable with a nice walk or a 2-stop metro ride.
Possible theme and special tours to discover popular spots and attractions across the city as well as secret and hidden corners only locals get to know.
You might even decide to take up Italian or cooking classes with professional teachers!
We are 100% Romans and we will be happy to give you advice about must-sees, must-dos and must-eats!
We'll reveal to you some secrets to enjoy the city going off the beaten track.
Your privacy will be always guaranteed, we hope you will feel home and free to enjoy you Roman stay to the full, having breakfast anytime you like, playing the piano or reading on the couch for hours..

We usually take our shoes off when we get home and we would appreciate it if you could do it too :-)
We are there for any need or request you might have during your stay.

Thank you! Good karma and Italian magic in return :-)
We very much appreciated Giulia's welcome to Roma and her home. Our flight was delayed and we had not yet set up our international phone, so communication was difficult but Giulia made contact with us and welcomed us to her apartment which was exactly as described. Her breakfasts were generous as was her willingness to assist us in understanding local customs, transport etc and translate things we did not understand. Nice, comfortable bed and good shower.
방이 넓고 깨끗하고 예뻐요

줄리아 너무너무 친절하고 줄리아가 자주 집에 있어서 커뮤니케이션하기에도 편했어요
She's really kind so it was really easy to communicate with her.
관광지 다니는데도 멀지 않고 로마에 또 간다면 한번더 여기서 지내고 싶어요
It's near with the tourist points and i wanna stay in her house ones more!
줄리아 남자친구도 만났는데 그의 피아노연주가 너무 뛰어났습니다!
I met her boyfriend, who is really a good pianist!
Guilia is an extraordinary host and human being and has a beautiful place. Our room and the entire place is artistically decorated, spacious, and a pleasure to spend time in. The bed was so comfortable it was hard to get up. Giulia spent time and care in the preparation of our morning breakfast. She was very helpful with making reservations and giving advice of where to eat and how to get around the city. It was such a pleasure spending time with her and Vanni and we feel like they are truly friends for life. Giulia is a model for what the spirit of Air BnB is and is well beyond the 5 star rating scale.
We were made very welcome it was a great neighborhood close to metro. Good breakfast and large comfortable room
I very much appreciated getting a feel for how local Romans live while staying with Guiglia in her eclectically decorated apartment. Guiglia is a warm and welcoming person and her accommodations also reflect this spirit. The dining table is laden with breakfast foods; an area of the living room is chock-full of helpful maps and guide books and restaurant recommendations; and the bedroom is cozy and quiet, despite the apartment's city location.
