It is in a very central, but non-touristy area of Rome where you'll breathe the atmosphere of an authentic Roman neighborhood.

Recently renovated, keeping its original structure and charm.
Huge and cozy. Perfectly connected, clean, adorable and stylishly furnished.
Very large and bright bedrooms, with parquet floors and bed with special sweet dreams mattrasses, so wonderfully comfortable you'll find it hard to get up.
2 spotless clean bathrooms: one with shower, one with bathtub.
Fully equipped kitchen, with a spacious fridge to store your food and drinks. Kitchen only available for simple and fast food preparation (NO frying, sorry).
Feel free to use the 2 bathrooms, the huge living room and the lounging corners.
And also:
Wifi, heating, dishwasher, hair dryer, American and Italian coffee makers :-)
Fresh bed linen, towels and a rich BREAKFAST are provided.
We have a perfectly working PIANO!
Elevator, doorman, courtyard and a huge common terrace on the roof with an amazing 360° view upon Rome.

Right in front of the house you can catch tram number 3, taking you directly and quickly to the Coliseum, Circo Massimo, Trastevere, Villa Borghese, the National Gallery of Modern Art, the zoo, the Pyramid, the vibrant San Lorenzo neighborhood and peaceful Aventino.

Close to Termini train station (two metro stations away) where the cheap and fast bus shuttles from and to the airports (Fiumicino and Ciampino) arrive and start.

Very close to metro station, line A (San Giovanni or Manzoni stations) taking you to Termini central station, Piazza Barberini, the Spanish Steps, Piazza del Popolo, San Peter's, the Vatican Museums, the huge parks of Caffarella and Aqueducts, Cinecittà.

A nice public garden is right across the street, beside the ancient Aurelian Walls (dating back to the III century!) you can view from your window.

The amazing Basilica of San Clemente (known as 'the lasagna church' because it reflects how Rome was built on layers), is reachable on foot and so is the astonishing Santo Stefano Rotondo Church, superancient and hiding a surprise.

All the basic shops and services are around the corner: snack bars, ATM, bakery, restaurants, pizzerias, self service restaurant, supermarket, delikatessen, pharmacy, tobacco store, newsstand (where you can get bus/metro tickets and cards), a small fruits&veg market in the morning, an all you can eat sushi restaurant and even a cheap vintage and second hand indoor market!

The big, famous and colorful Piazza Vittorio food market is reachable with a nice walk or a 2-stop metro ride.

Possible theme and special tours to discover popular spots and attractions across the city as well as secret and hidden corners only locals get to know.
You might even decide to take up Italian or cooking classes with professional teachers!

We are 100% Romans and we will be happy to give you advice about must-sees, must-dos and must-eats!
We'll reveal to you some secrets to enjoy the city going off the beaten track.

Your privacy will be always guaranteed, we hope you will feel home and free to enjoy you Roman stay to the full, having breakfast anytime you like, playing the piano or reading on the couch for hours..

  • Giulia was an enchanting and extremely kind host. Her apartment was like heaven with scenic views, great feng shui, unique / bohemian / antique / kitsch vibe and so clean. The metro is just down the block and the street tram stops just across the street and will take you straight to the zoo and Rome's biggest park. Breakfast was wonderful as well. Definitely would love to come back!

  • Our stay at Giulia & Susannas place was great. The apartment is huge, clean and beautifully decorated. On top of that Giulia is a lovely host. She is very nice and attentive and made us feel very comfortable.

  • It was a great place to stay at - Giulia and Susanna's apartment looks exactly as shown in the pictures - it is spacious, clean and decorated with an amazing eye for detail in a perfect, quiet yet central enough area to start exploring Roma! Connection to everything is perfect, with the tram stop right in front of the building and the metro only about 5 minutes to walk away. Giulia's breakfast was the perfect start for a full day. While we didn't have the chance to talk to our host a lot, she seemed a lovely, warm person and was very willing to give information and advise. Further info was provided in numerous travel guides and maps - all in all we felt it was the perfect place to stay for our trip and we'd definitely recommend to anyone.

  • Giulia has a beautiful spacious house full of interesting things. It is near a section of the Roman wall. She was very helpful and friendly, but I didn't see a lot of her I'd love to come back one day.

  • It was a fabulous choice to stay in Giulia's and Susanna's stunning apartment. It is like a treasure for memories. It was so nice to be able to see it and for a short period of time to be a part of it. Giulia is very kind, helpful and she cares a lot about her guests. Everything was very clean and beautifully decorated.

  • I really loved this place. This apartment is huge, beautiful, clean and cozy. The apartment is in a good location. You need 5 minutes to the metro station and 15 minutes to the Colosseum.
I loved staying at this place, because Giulia is a great host. She always makes me feel welcoming and is very attentive. Giulia’s Mocha in the morning is the best. :)
I think we had a great connection, so we talked a lot and I felt like living in flat share. That was really great, because I travelled alone and it was perfect to have someone I can talk to and get some great advices for Rome. If I go to Rome again someday, I would love to stay at Giulia’s place again.

  • Susanna is a very nice and warm host! The house is very cozy to stay as like home. Location is also very good to reach any famous place in Rome! It definitely to be your best choice to stay in Rome if you want a nice and warm place to stay!

  • The appartment is ideally located, not far from the colosseum and other sights. Giulia was the perfect host. She and Vanni gave us lots of great advice on where to go and eat and what to see. Both made us feel at home and are really lovely people. Hope to return for a visit soon.

  • It was such a pleasure to stay at Giulia & Susanna’s place!!! A chic, cosy and spacious apartment, excellently connected to enter/exit Rome and visit the main points of interest (by tram or by foot). We made good use of the girls’ numerous city guides and maps of Rome and Giulia was very helpful with first hand information on anything we wanted to know (interesting performance/good resto/shopping tips, etc). Apartment perks include wi-fi, two bathrooms (bathtub + rain shower!!) and a delicious breakfast. We’ve yet to meet Susanna (perhaps next time we visit Rome) but Giulia was a genuinely kind, gracious and discreet host. We felt wonderfully relaxed and would recommend this place to anyone. Thumbs up!! +++++
