While in Buffalo, enjoy peace and quiet in my lovely Victorian era home, situated in the heart of the Elmwood Village. You will have a private, second-floor bedroom with a queen-sized bed, closet and dresser. Across the hall is a large shared bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a generous tub for a leisurely soak. There is also a half-bath on the first floor. Feel free to make use of the rest of the house, including the living room, formal dining room, kitchen and laundry. In the warmer months, relax in the backyard, enjoy a cool drink on the patio or take an afternoon nap in the hammock. I share my home with a shy and gentle Corgi named Henry.
A variety of breakfast fare will be offered. I am happy to make breakfast for you when I am home. When I am off to work early, you are most welcome to help yourself. Feel free to use the kitchen at any time.

A fabulous stay in a great neighborhood! Caroline was a fantastic hostess. Everything was just as described and even better than expected. As a first time AirBNB user, I am extremely happy with my experience. Caroline was very gracious, pleasant and made us the best breakfast both days! It was really outstanding :) thanks, Caroline!! We will be returning!!
I cannot imagine a better place to stay in Buffalo than Caroline's lovely home. It was beautifully decorated, immaculate, spacious, and in an amazing part of town with several great restaurants and bars within walking distance. Caroline was the consummate host, and my girlfriend and I truly could not have been happier. Thank you Caroline!
Caroline was responsive and efficient in accommodating a booking we made over the holidays just a few days out. She is a very gracious host, showing us around her house, recommending restaurants, and even making us breakfast in the morning. The space is as advertised -- accessible neighborhood around the corner from restaurants, easy parking, comfortable bed, large bathroom with toiletries and towels provided. I am not a huge fan of dogs, but Caroline's is no problem.
We had great time staying in Buffalo at Caroline's airbnb. It was was our first time using this service, and we were not disappointed. Caroline is very welcoming, has great suggestions, and a beautiful house in a wonderful neighbourhood. Breakfast was great, and Henry the dog is lots of fun. Thanks for a great stay!

Caroline is a wonderful host. The room was exactly as pictured, and the house and neighbourhood is lovely. Anyone booking with Caronline is sure to have a great stay.
I appreciated Caroline's warm hospitality through my stay with her. Days before our trip, she sent a note to check on my flight schedule and offered to pick my daughter & I up from the airport if her time schedule allowed it. When we arrived at her home, she welcomed us at the door and showed us around. Her home is so beautiful and clean, it is as what the pictures showed. Maybe even more beautiful when you see it in its actual self.
Caroline generously offered us to help ourselves with any food in her kitchen and fridge, and she had coffee ready for me in the mornings and left a very sweet note. She is very friendly and helpful, always ready to answer any questions I had. A very nice & sweet lady! Her dog, Henry, is a tad shy but very cute.
We felt very much at ease and Caroline welcomed us to treat her home like our own space. We appreciated her trust in us, and it was such a nice and warm experience staying with her! If we return to Buffalo again, we would love to stay with her again!
I would definitely recommend her as a good host!
Everything was as advertised.great neighborhood. Caroline is a real sweetheart. We recommend highly.
