While in Buffalo, enjoy peace and quiet in my lovely Victorian era home, situated in the heart of the Elmwood Village. You will have a private, second-floor bedroom with a queen-sized bed, closet and dresser. Across the hall is a large shared bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a generous tub for a leisurely soak. There is also a half-bath on the first floor. Feel free to make use of the rest of the house, including the living room, formal dining room, kitchen and laundry. In the warmer months, relax in the backyard, enjoy a cool drink on the patio or take an afternoon nap in the hammock. I share my home with a shy and gentle Corgi named Henry.
A variety of breakfast fare will be offered. I am happy to make breakfast for you when I am home. When I am off to work early, you are most welcome to help yourself. Feel free to use the kitchen at any time.

It would be my great pleasure to be your host.
Caroline has been a great host and made my stay very pleasant: she picked me at the airport and prepared me a special breakfast according to my taste.
I liked her house which was super clean, the sunny backyard and her cute Corgi dog.
The neighborhood is also great with charming houses and restaurants nearby.
If I come back to Buffalo, I will definitely stay at Caroline's place.
Awesome host, beautiful home, cool neighborhood and a really cute dog Henry made our stay wonderful. Will definitely return next time we go to Buffalo!
Caroline was warm, welcoming and responsive. But not intrusive.
Caroline is an ideal host(ess)- attentive but not hovering; quick to respond. (Ditto for Henry the dog!) Caroline's a wealth of info about Buffalo and western New York. We found her home delightful, especially the backyard on some nice warm evenings. The kitchen was well-stocked food-wise and also lots of implements. Very tasteful decor throughout the house and a large remodeled master bathroom made our stay all the more pleasant. We loved this AirBnB!
I am amazed at Caroline's generosity and hospitality. She welcomed me in and gave me the freedom to enjoy her house as though it was mine. Her home is beautiful.
Caroline was friendly, generous in making us feel very welcome, encouraged us to make use of the house. The room, with its sitting room, was a nice plus, and the breakfast was more than adequate. Because we know Buffalo, we chose Caroline's Heart of the Elmwood Village, for its pleasant neighborhood, its beautiful Victorian houses, its convenient location to its restaurants. And Henry, her corgi, was never intrusive. A lovely backyard added to our pleasure in staying here. I've already recommended Caroline's place to my brother and his wife when they visit Buffalo.
This was a really good experience! Caroline and her dog Henry were friendly and considerate. We could use the house and the garden freely. Caroline prepared a wonderful breakfast for us Sunday, while we were free to help ourselves on Monday morning, which was workday for Caroline. We got good advice as to local attractions, and a nice chat too :-).
The bedroom is very fine, with a good bed, and the bathroom is an adventure in itself - large and beautilul.
Very nice location in a quiet part of Buffalo, but still with shops and restaurants close by. We would certainly come back.
Caroline was great! Her house is beautiful, super clean and Henry the dog was very friendly. She also provided plenty of tasty breakfast food. I highly recommend her to anyone staying in Buffalo!
Caroline and Henry are awesome hosts!!! Caroline treated us as family, she personally cooked awesome breakfast for us, told us were to go and what to do. Her house is spotless and the decoration beautiful, incredibly well located and comfortable. If we come back to buffalo, we are going to stay at her house. Thanks so much Caroline!!!
Caroline was a wonderful host who went above and beyond for my short overnight in Buffalo before heading out to tour the Erie Canal by bike. Her home is tidy, comfortable and spacious, and very clean, and she and Henry are gracious hosts. I made the mistake of not planning to spend more time in Buffalo as part of my trip, and that emphasized by my breakfast in the neighborhood, which is friendly, walkable as well as bike-friendly, and charming, with many restaurants and services nearby. Highly recommended.
