Pelle & Viktoria's home was lovely and quite like the pictures and description. The neighborhood is quiet and easy walking distance from a few shops and restaurants. The kitchen and bathrooms have been updated; the bathrooms are nicely appointed. Beds are comfortable. We did not get to meet Pelle or Vicktoria, but we felt well taken care of by Farah, who greeted us. She made us feel at home while familiarizing us with the space and was readily available by phone when needed.
The reservation was canceled 45 days before arrival. This is an automated posting.
We love Pelle's house in Zaandam! It was such a lovely area, we all liked it better than staying in Amsterdam! The house is just as described, there were 6 adults, and we were quite comfortable. Pelle stayed in contact with us many times, even offering to let us stay late in the day, thanks for that Pelle! Debbie met us when we arrived, and she's a gem! All in all, perfect!
We we're greatly satisfied by the house and the host. Pelle is an amazing and very kind man. We had a really great time in his house and it helped us to feel the real Amsterdam.
I'm so thankful to him!
We were welcomed to Pelle's home and given a comprehensive tour. We loved the house and the location. We were a group of five adults and the house was plenty big enough for us.
The location was great - turn left and head toward the station and shopping or turn right and head toward the opposite end of the Mall and several restaurants and bars.
I would certainly recommend this property and if I were to return to Amsterdam I would contact Pelle again.

About the Host, Pelle & Viktoria
We work both in Amsterdam, The Netherlands as well as in Basel, Switzerland. Since we both spend a lot of time traveling for our jobs and we can't be in two cities at the same time, we thought we might as well rent out our properties and let other people enjoy them.
We often go on short or longer vacations and regularly rent through platforms like these when we go away.
We love to have the space and privacy that many properties offer. Nobody telling you at what time you have to come for breakfast, no housekeeping knocking on the door and no other guests trying to reserve chairs by the pool.
We're sure that you will love our properties, the convenience of the close-by amenities and the neighbourhoods as much as we do.
