Set back from a quiet street covered by oaks, and behind the hosts' home, the studio is a single unit in a separate building.
Private, second-story, with a picture-window overlooking mature trees. Satellite TV and Free WiFi. Laundry room (1st floor), barbeque, and kitchenette. The kitchenette is equipped for minor cooking -- includes a refrigerator, George Forman Grill, electric burner/mini-stove, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker.
Located in central Orange County, near Disneyland and the Anaheim Convention Center. 20 minutes to local beaches. Walking distance to Main Place Mall, shops, and restaurants. A short drive to South Coast Plaza and Fashion Island, and just down the street from "Old Towne Historic District" in the City of Orange - lots of good restaurants and interesting shops (listed on the National Register of Historic Places).
Flexible check-in time, but if a guest is checking-out the morning of arrival then check-in usually cannot be earlier than 2:00 p.m.

Beautiful property in a lovely neighborhood, less than 10 minutes from Disney and Chatham nearby (great restaurants and antique shopping). Doug and Chris were very friendly and even made fresh cookies for our arrival! The studio is in excellent condition and well decorated. Highly recommended, can't beat Airbnb prices!

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay. Douglas and Chris were incredibly friendly and accommodating, we were greeted with homemade cookies on arrival and pancakes on the morning we left. They manage a perfect blend of warmness without being intrusive. The studio was charming, peaceful and very clean, and quite convenient to Disneyland. I would not consider staying anywhere else in the area on a return trip if this studio was available.

We needed a place to stay near Chapman U. because my son was checking out the school and this Airbnb was perfect. The house is on a quiet street and is a short walk from a few parks. Douglas was helpful with recommendations on restaurants and other city orientations. I would recommend this location to anyone.

Very peaceful place and gracious hosts. It was a quick trip yet very satisfying. The cookies left on the table were warm and wonderful, as was the studio! Private and very comfortable, would stay again if I needed!

Douglas and Chris were wonderful hosts! I needed to head down to Santa Ana the night before a job interview and booked their studio for one night. I was concerned that I would arrive too late and inconvenience them so I messaged them before booking. Chris responded to me almost immediately and was very accommodating and flexible with my late check-in time. She also followed up with a message leaving me detailed instructions about where I could park and how to get into the studio.
Walking through that door after the long drive felt magical. Douglas and Chris left the light on for me and my boyfriend and, more importantly, they left us a plate of yummy homemade chocolate chip cookies. :) Before we left the next morning, we got to meet Chris, her two daughters, and her sweet pup, Prince. She gave us a bunch of recommendations about where to eat and what to do for fun in the OC. She raved about the steel cut oatmeal with brown sugar and fresh fruit at Cafe Lucca so we went to try it... definitely the tastiest oatmeal we had ever had.
We will definitely be staying with them again in the future. Thanks for making us feel right at home (and thanks again for the cookies)!

First airbnb experience, and it was nothing but perfect!
My boyfriend and I stayed 3 nights and planned to go to Disneyland & SD Zoo. The area and location was just right.Highlights:
-Chris and Douglas were awesome hosts.
-Complementary cookies were delicious
-Studio is beautiful and looks just like the photos
-Very clean, lots of sunlight, & very comfortable
-Studio is separate from actual house, so no worries about privacy or disturbing the hosts.
-Extremely close to highways, shopping mall & Disneyland!
-They do have a dog, he was adorable and friendly.
-Booklet with instructions on everything in the studio as well as nearby places to eat.Overall it was the perfect studio to stay in. You can tell that Chris and Douglas put a lot of thought into making the place comfortable and convenient for guests.
Would definitely stay here again. Way better than a hotel!

This was our first booking with Airbnb. We were a little skeptical at first because we're use to booking hotel rooms. But this was a pleasant stay.
Chris & Douglas were great hosts. They were very communicative throughout our entire stay. We were there 4 nights. They were very accommodating with our late check in & always made sure that if we needed anything, to let them know.
The place is exactly as it looks in the pictures. Quite a lot of space & has a lot of natural lighting from the big windows. It was clean & gave you a cozy feel. The only thing that was a bit of a bother to me was the shower & the bed. The shower was pretty small & the bed did squeak here & there throughout the night. However, this was not that big of a deal to affect our decision on wanting to stay here again next time.
I would totally recommend staying here & I, too, would come back if we're ever back in town!

We unfortunately did not get to meet Chris, but Doug was very accommodating, especially to our late check-in. Their studio was beautifully perfect. It was very clean, quiet, and came with delicious cookies. I wish we could have stayed longer!

An absolutely wonderful place to stay. The studio is brilliant and perfectly placed within Santa Ana. Both Chris and Doug were the ideal hosts (and their children and dogs were also great!). We attended a Ducks game at the Honda Center, which was right down the street. Traffic getting to and from the game was a dream, which isn't a sentence I would ever think I'd write in my life. Because the studio is separate from their main house, we didn't have to worry about waking anyone up, as we got back late. If you're in the Anaheim-Santa Ana area, this is the place to stay!
