Clean, comfortable, and worth a return

Guests describe it as clean, comfortable, and homey, and many say they'd happily return.
Come relax in my Park Forest house near to everything the area has to offer. Enjoy walking through the neighborhood, stopping at the local parks for the kids, or to get your morning cup of coffee at Starbucks. The house is well situated to head out to Rothrock Forest for hiking and biking, or to head to the stadium. Please note: this house is strictly NO partying. If you plan to bar hop and bring the fun back -- don't book this house. While you're staying, you'll have the house to yourselves.

The space
My house is located on a quiet side street in Park Forest, but close to all the amenities on the north end of town.

Please note: one of the bedrooms is located downstairs, so if you plan to have a full group of six, sleeping for two is down one flight of stairs.

Guest access
The entire home is available for guest use.

Other things to note
I split my time between California and Pennsylvania. This is my personal house while I am in State College. Please be respectful of my space. My house is only available to book when I'm not in State College, so you'll have the entire house to yourselves.

Per AirBNB User Agreement: If you want an early check-in or late check-out, you may incur a fee up to the cost of the next night's stay; this will be clearly communicated to you prior to setting up the check in/out change.
